Five Star Burgers

This was probably one of the best burgers I've had in awhile. If it hadn't been hiding in a dying mall I'm sure it would be packed out. Delicious.

Went in super excited about getting my favorite food. But then they had a wonderful cashier that decided that her phone was more important than the customer,would not answer any questions we had would not take our order because her phone was still steadily dinging. Was not interested in working at all.

They put way to much salt on the Fry's and very rude

I was just looking while back ago, And there's no cashiers and customers.

First time trying Five Star Burgers today. I ordered through Door Dash. Possibly the best burger I have ever had. It arrived and was so hot I had to let it cool down before I could eat it. I had the double cheeseburger, and everything I wanted was on there. The curly fries were delicious, but that cheeseburger was the star of the meal. It may have been my first time ordering it, but it definitely won't be my last.

On the road to visit family during our crystal mining vacation we stop first at Hot Springs and were looking for a burger joint so we Googled and found Five Star Burgers. For our family, traveling equals NEW FOOD EXPERIENCES and we were so happy with this place!! I ordered a classic burger with all the fixings and extra pickles and an unsweetened tea, the boys both got Classic Burgers with Cheese, one with everything but onions, and one with lettuce, pickles, onions and A1 sauce. Our food came at the time expected for the quality. Grade A cooking by the young lady who was also the cashier. The buns were fresh, soft and toasted on the grill, the hamburgers were 100% beef, fresh pressed and grilled to perfection. The toppings were fresh, and tomatoes had flavor! Heirloom tomatoes! The condiments were carefully layered to cover the entire bun surface without oversaturating and mayo done in pencil thin squiggle loops all around the bun to the very edges! After an 8 hr drive this was refreshing and completely satisfying. Will absolutely come again!

Every time I come in I order a double of their double burger! It's amazing and I eat every bite every time. Although some the workers look at me funny when they hear my order lol. Definitely recommend this place highly! And definitely recommend anyone to try the double double burger!!!!!

Health department needs to look into this place again. That’s all that needs to be said.

Delicious with lots of meat, but inaccurate. I ordered 3 burgers and all of them were wrong--seems they just throw whatever they want on the sandwich without regard to your actual order.

Simple no frills burger & fries. Sometimes that is all you need. Burger was good, and the fries were good & crispy. Good simple meal for a long day.
