Hibachi Sushi Buffet

Came to hot springs with my husband and we decided to try this buffet. Food was average and customer service was horrible from the staff The waitress was very rude. She took my plate when I was still working on it without asking. Wish I could give zero stars for customer service. Will not come back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

There was 7 of us eating and none of us liked it. It was either over cooked under cooked or too spicy.
The chocolate pudding was good. Definitely not worth the $137.12】

Food quantity and taste was great for the cost. Great looking buffets and choices. But the wait staff was impersonable. I asked for eel sauce for my sushi rolls. My waitress told me they don't have any. And not in the nicest way. What restaurant that makes sushi rolls don't have eel sauce, really.

We've been here three different times and the buffet is always fresh and service is great. My new favorite buffet and I typically avoid buffets.

pretty bad. edible, technically. the worse buffet I've ever been to. rather expensive for the $13 plus charge.

It’s what you’d expect from a buffet. Food is pretty good, you can tell when it tastes off even fresh. Will absolutely have you shitting the next day.

We were happy that the food was hot. The service was quick, helpful, and friendly. I wasn't a huge fan of the sushi. It was cold, which was good, I just think the ratios were off. Everything else we tried was pretty good.

Absolutely terrible. My 11 yr old picky kid was charged as an adult and after we get a couple pieces of sushi, we struggled finding the Hibachi station and then find out it doesn’t exist.. not even kidding…. Find another place…. Terrible!

Self service buffet hit and miss on service of staff sometimes great on clearing your empty plate sometimes not at all
