The waitresses here are PYCHO CRAZY. The service was terrible plus all the waitress did was bring us drinks because its a buffet, so we tipped very little. The waitress looks at the receipt still standing over the table and starts screaming and cussing us out. Then she just stalks our table and stood right behind my mom the whole time, watching us. The lady would not leave us alone. Next my mom and I were talking and she reaches down and takes the plate I was eating off of. Worst of all when she came back to steal the other plates, she reached down and STUCK HER THUMB in my mothers ice cream. Please if you value your dignity and health do not go here and support this business. It isn’t right to treat people like this.

So my bestie, boyfriend and i went. Food was gross. Service was TERRIBLE i asked them for a togo cup and she told me no. THEN they started to clean off our table before we were done! Definitely not worth $60 for terrible food and service. Food was flavorless. But environment was clean. Wont be coming back. They definitely NEED better facilitie there. Terrible

This is my favorite restaurant in Hot Springs.The atmosphere is like a fancy nightclub. The buffet has always been full of seemly fresh food. It's an excellent value for the quality, quantity, buffet cleanliness, and seating capacity.A great place for family & friends to gather

The food was okay. A lot of it was lukewarm. The service was okay. There was not much direction about what to do when we got inside and then the hostess seemed annoyed when we asked for help after we were ignored. I would not go back.

My fiancé & I literally come to eat there every Saturday night. We have been regular customers for the past 11 years. This is one of the Best Restaurants around Hotsprings. So much so that we travel 45 minutes from home to come eat. We have our favorite waitress “AMY” that we use every visit. She is the Best & the sweetest… we will continue to come every weekend for as long as the doors are open. So all in all if ur local or just visiting I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Rather large groups or even a single person. U definitely won’t be disappointed. U will leave with a smile and full bellies.
