A unique twist to today's McOrder and get it. Fast enough, but mostly cooked to order and not out of a freaking bag...it may take you a minute to get, but we'll worth it...if your in that big of a hurry go buy some fast pre made processed food for about the same price.
Highly recommend HFC.

The breakfast was excellent!! The only thing better was the service and coffee. I wish we had a place like this near my home. You can’t go wrong when you eat here so stop reading and go get ya some GOOD FOOD!!

Down home small cafe. Our first time here. The coffee was great! I am picky about my coffee. Requested crispy bacon, and it was crispy just like I like it. Not many places does the bacon arrive to the table temperature hot. Fantastic little gem!!

Good home çooked food & nice, friendly wait staff. Prices excellent, too! Building is small, so it gets packed pretty easily. Highly recommend.

A homey diner, born from momma's kitchen, with staff that aim to please. You can expect down home cooking with special surprises like Gumbo with Cornbread or toasted French Bread. Delicious!

Lovely little place. Lovely service. The eggs and bacon were raw and the pancakes were burnt, but the atmosphere was great, and the coffee isn’t bad at all.

I have a ton to say about this place, so buckle up! My group decided to have breakfast here on a Saturday morning, and let me tell you, it was an experience. Before I even get to the food, I have to talk about the place itself. It doesn’t feel like eating at a fancy restaurant. It’s more like visiting family you haven’t seen in ages and having a meal in the warm, cozy atmosphere of Grandma’s house. We even had the privilege of sharing the company of another guest and had conversations we will never forget. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the prices are super reasonable. The coffee is fresh and hot, and they even have an amazing selection of hot teas. Now, let’s talk about breakfast. I take breakfast seriously, because it’s the most important meal of the day, right? My wife ordered the French toast, and it was absolutely divine. The outside was crispy, the inside was soft and custardy, and it was just the right amount of powdered sugar on top. My friend got the pancakes, and they were soft, moist, and fluffy with a nice drizzle of maple syrup. The bacon was crispy and served hot, and the hash browns were perfectly seasoned and had a nice crunch. I ordered the all-meat omelet with hash browns, and let me tell you, I’ve had a lot of omelets, so I know when I’m impressed. The egg was like a perfectly cooked, moist wrapper for the filling of sausage, bacon, ham, and cheese. The filling was so juicy and evenly distributed throughout the omelette. The hash browns were perfectly seasoned and had a nice crunch, and the inside was soft and fluffy. It was one of the best, if not the best, breakfasts I’ve ever had. My only regret was I haven’t tried their biscuits and gravy… yet. We loved it so much that we went back the very next morning. We live almost two hours away, but I promise you, any time we come back to Hot Springs, Higdon Square Cafe will be on our must-visit list. I hope you’ll add it to yours too!

Dirty!
But I guess what can you expect when you go to Hot Springs Arkansas everything is dirty!
And every one's attitude was dirty as well.
We didn't even know we had to seat ourselves. We had to ask another customer sitting because nobody was in the front Of the house to assist.
We sat over in a corner. And I guess it was by the kitchen every time they open the door I seen black mold growing inside of the door I was kind of scared to eat the food but I was hungry and it was OK we did order the fried green tomatoes which were a little light on the fried side. I would never go back here. I wouldn't expect anyone to go here ever.🤮

They need desperate help in the kitchen. French toast tasted like straight cinnamon, wasn't edible. It wasn't hot enough to melt the already room temperature butter.

Bacon is precooked and held and therefore has the texture of jerky.

Toast was old and curled, like it had been under a heat lamp too long.

Hashbrowns were grease logged.

Pancake had a large raw spot in it

Coffee was decent, not very hot as the servers left the carafe sitting on the counter and not on the burner

Hot cocoa was good

Biscuit was fantastic. The biscuit was the best thing on our table.

Everything was cooked in massive quantities of oil, the scrambled eggs had a puddle under them.

The server was friendly but not overly attentive. We were without refills a few times.

Kudos to using spray sanitizer and not a 5 hour old bucket with half a days worth of crud floating in it.
