I really enjoyed my first visit to this eatery. The decore is very rustic and homey. The server was super and the biscuits and gravy were spot on. Looking forward visiting them and giving the lunch menu a try.

This is a Down home southern cooking diner... I had chicken fried steak on my last visit. Only complaint is I think the food would benefit if they would add more spices to their recipes . The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful... The cook even came out of the kitchen and spoke to my group.

This was my first time eating there and it was good. The building is not very big and we had 8 of us. It took about 10 minutes for us to sit. They have a daily $10.99 special which is a good deal. On Sunday, it's Chicken Fried Chicken with two sides and bread. Food was hot, fresh, and seasoned. Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, fried okra, and pinto beans were all good. Huge biscuit or cornbread.

First time and it was good. Saw they were running a special and Chicken Fried Chicken sounded good. First impression is this is a small place. We had 8 and stood around for about 10 minutes.

Drinks came out quickly but I gotta complain about the water. It tasted like old pipes and I only drink water. Reminded me of tap at the grandma's house in the 70's.

The food came out hot and quicker than expected. We were willing to wait so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we thought the food was really good.

Mac and cheese had a great flavor and cheese pull. Chicken coated well and seasoned. Biscuit was huge and mashed potatoes fine.

We will return again and try breakfast. If you haven't been, stop and be ready for a good meal.

When you walk you seat yourself. The setting is in what looks to be a home and its comfy. Service was good and the servers were helpful and kind. My family tried a little of everything and the food was delicious. The pancakes were fluffy with a crispy edge, the eggs were velvet and buttered, toast was fantastic and the ham was savory. The atmosphere was interesting. They had shelves with random mugs, Disney characters and antiques. Each time you looked, you find something different. Overall, I would return to this place!

The food is good but not excellent. My biscuits were a little dry. The service was very good even when they were busy. The building is a house converted into a diner. Country themed decorations. Pricing was average. I will go there again.

I’ve been trying to find this place ever since i went back in 2023. The atmosphere was off, I’m not sure if it’s because we were Hispanics but the moment we walked in everyone turned their heads towards us. Giving us bad looks, we still decided to stay just cause we had a long drive back home to Texas. I did made a comment about people staring in sure some people heard me but hey I’m only human.. Although, the atmosphere was off the food was decent, my kids were happy with their food and enjoyed. The problem here is that whoever made my plate, they put laxative. I’m 100% sure they did maybe because of the comment I made about why they were all staring. I’m glad they weren’t evil enough to put that crap on my kids plates, I’d have sue them for trying to poisoning my family. No need for them to do such a hate thing. I was literally sick for days. I’m saying this was against me since I’m the one that was staring back at them all. No need for everyone to stare at us while we were trying to enjoy the food. Even after walking out someone came out just to stare at us. I felt unsafe and discriminated for whatever reason they had. So if you’re Hispanic try avoiding this hateful place.

Simple fare cooked well. The family waited, cleaned, and cooked and were all very pleasant. Good coffee. Good prices. Small place with seating for less than 40 people. We went n a Saturday morning around 9 and it filled up shortly after we sat down. We will return!

Have eaten breakfast here several times. Great breakfast with generous portions. Excellent coffee too. We live in Hot Springs and this is becoming our go to breakfast spots.
