Great Breakfast! Been a while since I’ve been here. Breakfast was served steaming hot. Fried eggs were perfect! Pancakes were just right! Positive atmosphere and wonderful wait staff. Thank you for a good breakfast!

During the time I was there, weren’t many people there eating. Maybe 3 tables were occupied. As I’m sitting there in the back corner enjoying my hot tea and food, a group of 6 young adults were seated right in front of me. One of them were loud, obnoxious, belligerent, cursing, banging on the table, saying stupid disgusting things about the eggs.
Not one time did the server ask them to calm down. First of all, why would YOU(the server) sit a group of young rowdy “adults” right next to a single adult sitting there quietly enjoying a meal?!?!
Think about that next time. You should have put them somewhere else. You should have used your better judgment. There was plenty of seating, because as i stated in the first paragraph, there weren’t many people there eating at that time.
I got my food and put it in a ToGo container and I left. And No, I don’t want to contact the store about it because if you wanted to accommodate me, you had that chance when I complained about it to the lady that checked me out right before I left. All she said was, “I’m sorry”.

GO ON YOUTUBE AND TYPE IN THE WORST RATED RESTAURANTS AND YOU WON'T EVER AGAIN EAT AT ANY IHOP. IN THE 12 YEARS I'VE LIVED IN THIS INFERIOR TOWN I'VE BEEN TO IHOP ONLY TWICE. BOTH TIMES I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD. THEY'RE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS ANYMORE.

Went in at 5p there was a party of about 10, and a couple of people in there. As soon as they got our order,half hour later. We waited for over a hour for our meal. And they forgot my husbands free sundae for his birthday.

My server was great but two hard cooked eggs with almost no sauce and the manger only wanted to do 20% off. How about I pay for what I ate. I had to complain again she then return the full amount and was mad because i wanted to tip my Server. Needless to say poor customer from management I left a $20 tip

Excellent food, good service that sometimes misses but that's ok. Some rude patrons though that stare or make horrible faces at people that look different and just there to eat.
Horrible experience. When asked how many people would be dining we gave the total number of people and stated we would need a high chair, the one provided to us didn’t have a strap. Upon being seated we were told you’ll be back here out of the way, no biggy we are fine sitting in the back but that was slightly rude coming from the lady claiming to be the manager. We could see the server by the drink station from our seats and when he finally was able to put his phone down and acknowledge us we asked for a highchair with a strap and he stated “ we don’t have those, what do you want to drink” we gave our drink order and he walked off, when he came back he put drinks down and said okay what do yall want, when we asked for a few more moments he quickly became annoyed and walked off. Halfway through our wait on our meal my spouse finished his tea, quite easy to do with such small glasses being served, and the server never once acknowledged the empty glass or asked if he would like a refill. My son’s meal was ice cold, my burger was barely room temp, and when we inquired about the heavily advertised kids eat free we were told the gm said no which is fine but please don’t falsely advertise and then get mad if it’s brought up. Rude service, rude management and sub par food. They also have vibrating tables which we were told was due to the air conditioning units

Had the ceiling falling on me wen I came in during a rain storm they didn't close the place even after the 4th panel fell owner fixed it by putting up new panels a couple days after id be careful if going there wen it rains
IHOP in Hot springs is the best there is
