I have travelled to all of the 48 in the continental US, and without exception, these are the best I have had anywhere. Surprisingly, and unexpectedly AWESOME! Hands down best I have had. The Bavarian creme Bismarck and longrolls may have crack in them, may not, TOTALLY addicted either way.
Service is above par and always polite and attentive with a smile.
Well done I.D., well done.

SEVERAL TIMES now I have ordered online only to get there and be handed a bag full of random donuts. They will not tell you if they don’t have the donuts you ordered, they will just give you random ones and not say a word to you. They refused to give a refund because they could not take the donuts back. I understand them being out of the donuts but to give someone random completely opposite donuts and refuse to give them any refund is ridiculous. So many donuts and also money has gone to waste due to this. It’d be especially scary if someone came through with a food allergy and got handed something they can’t eat but don’t know.

I love this place! Myself and my brother stops here every Sunday on our way to church. The people are so friendly and always smiling and have a funny joke for us. They smile when they see us coming.

Island Donuts is simply fantastic. Absolutely delicious donuts and I dream about those apple fritters all night. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is legit. Just wonderful and friendly, quick service.

I love the food and the very friendly staff. They do a great business there. My favorite is the breakfast burrito with a choice of salsa. The Bobo drinks are to die for. Especially the strawberry with fruit in it.

What’s with all the pepper!!???

Today wasn’t a good day for Island donuts. In my past experience a few months ago, the donuts were great, but today I ordered longjohns, a croissandwich and biscuits with gravy - which was a mistake.

FYI Donut servers: Wrapping longjohns in tissue just peels off the icing so today the two longjohns I ordered weren’t the best because all the chocolate glaze peeled off with the tissue that was mashed to the top and they did not seem fresh at all which is sad because I went there early to get warm donuts fresh out of the frier.

Please stop putting tissue around longjohns and donuts with chocolate or maple glazes, and please find a way to serve them so that an order of more than one longjohn is not mashed and ruined in a paper bag. A small box would be preferred (That goes for all donut shops!)

The biscuits and gravy were not disappointing three months ago and were fresh, but today the biscuits were tough (I was there very early, before first light, so I’m thinking they maybe were day olds and reheated which would make sense because the last time they were good). I couldn’t even cut up the biscuits using a knife and had to tear them apart with my hands. Maybe I just didn’t notice it before because I immediately put the gravy on them. This time was bad. I threw one away and the one I tore up I gave to my dog.

The gravy is obviously water based and may be canned sausage gravy with added (too much) pepper, it was too peppery to serve my fur-baby with his biscuit. And too peppery for me to eat after tasting it, so it was also thrown away

The egg that was on the bacon, egg and cheese croissant was dry, tough, cold and had nearly a teaspoons worth of pepper dumped on top of it right in the middle, unfortunately there is no option to post a photo. I ended up scraping the pepper off and giving the hard cardboard like egg to my dog, I fried my own egg to put on the sandwich.

The staff was friendly and efficient as usual, but the food I chose today was subpar. I will no longer order biscuits and gravy from there or a croissandwich with any kind of egg on it.

I wish I could post a photos! The pepper on the egg is unbelievable.
