Our Order Was 30 Minutes Late, A Box Was Busted, And Dip Spilled All Over The Food. AND 2 Of The 4 Meals Ordered Were Incorrect, Boneless Wings Instead Of Bone In. And Due To A Soy Allergy I Cannot Eat The Boneless Wings. So Almost $60 And 1 1/2 Hours Later (AND I Have The Flu!) And I Have Nothing To Eat. Called The Store, Told They Could Not Do ANYTHING, To Call Doordash. Called Doordash & He Couldnt Contact You To Correct This Because Their Number Is Blocked By Your Business. Very Poor Business Practices.Dietary restrictions: Due to a severe soy allergy, I am very careful what I order. Food delivered was inedible by me.

Never had them. We ended up just eating at Chili's... I mean it's confusing. The website does not convey that this is a virtual kitchen restaurant and the Chili's staff did not even know what we where talking about regarding "Its Just Wings" very confusing. Seems like this marketing and communication could be worked out better.

We were on vacation in Hot Springs, AR and ordered wings. 1) The wings were to hard so we called back to complain, the manager offered to redo the order. 2) I went to pick the order up this time, still the same issue the restaurant was only 4 minutes from the hotel.. at least we got $25 in gift cards. Don't recommend this location at all.
