Definitely a TOP 5 spot in Hot Springs. Conveniently located but do NOT let the shopping center location deter you from choosing this amazing dining experience. From the attentive wait staff to the elegant atmosphere to the excellent food from start to finish just perfect. Business dinner for 9 enjoyed sharing the charcuterie cheese board they offered to split in two for us, DO IT! All meals were plated beautifully and just delicious. The traditional italian dishes looked amazing but I chose the chillian bass and will go back and choose that again….just WOW. Lemon pound cake for dessert is worth the cheat. You will not be disappointed if you choose this spot over any of the other higher rated spots. J&S is a winner for sure.

Really $54 for Chilean Sea Bass! I don't know what I was served but it was not Chilean Sea Bass. It was rubbery and I needed a knife to cut it! Now I know why the place was mostly  empty. If you want good Italian you need to go somewhere else. My wife loves spaghetti and meat sauce but said this was one of the worst she ever eat!

As an international traveling food critic and unbeknownst to the staff, the following is what I experienced: + Overall a very comfortable and elegant atmosphere. + Server Joe was superb throughout. He was down to earth, extremely efficient with impeccable situational awareness, which yielded a positive attitude to do what's right for the customer and the business model. + Good bourbon & wine selection. - Owner and/or Manager was a bit too eager to welcome us, because she chose to do it from behind us. +/- Within the reservation, I requested a romantic seating location. It was, but that location has non-soundproof walls. We were able to hear the Owner and/or Manager talking with the cooking staff as though they were sitting at our table. +/- The lamb chops were cooked exactly as asked, but not presented as well as their main picture and OpenTable. We were presented with only two, unlike their photo, which included three. - The baked lobster is a good recipe, but it seemed as though the lobster was aging. Some of which, I had to spit out because it was so rubbery. If you are in the area and don't take the time to dine here, you have not missed out except for Joseph's service.

A first-class Italian restaurant! Not just the food but also the staff and especially live entertainment! I would highly recommend.
First thing we notice was the amazing voice of Brian Mullen performing in the bar all night. So cool. Then, we sat at the bar and Kevin did a phenomenal job taking care of us. Always smiling and interacting with us. Making sure we wanted for nothing. The food was very good as well. One thing we noticed is that on our reservation it noted that the dress code was smart casual. We walked in and people were wearing sports bras, t shirts and flip flops. I understand not turning away business but if youre going to have a standard, its a good idea to enforce it. We will be back.

Lovely experience. Food was REALLY good, we enjoyed the singer in the background, nice mural on the wall. Very romantic setting and great service. If we lived locally we would be back to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries in the future. If you get the fettuccine Alfredo get the fresh parmesan on it. It adds another level of flavor.
