Reviews look good, but burned down about two months ago. Not re-opened yet. As of July 7, 2019, no cleanup work for fire damage either.

The grilled cheese is PHENOMENAL!! And the fries are perfectly cooked!! Would definitely recommend. (And ask for Raven, she is the best waitress in the world!!)

This place was extremely brilliant I have never been to a restaurant so good! Great service, food, people, music, and environment. I am extremely impressed with this place if you are in Hot Springs, AR and you are hungry GO HERE!

The worst Ruben sandwich I ever had! Impossible to eat as a sandwich. Filled with a generous portion of stringy meat. So tough it could hardly be cut with a knife. Impossible to chew. The taste wrecked my appetite. The waitress and manager didn't care. They earned this review.

Was looking forward to Jasons reopening. Been there twice since the opening, both were bad. Service was not good. Slow and cold food with maybe 10 people there. Got burgers both times, dry, under seasoned. Will not be back, sad years ago they were good.

Just went for pickup. Got 2 burgers and 3 kids chicken meals. Kids meals only come with 1 tender???? The fries were soggy and the buns were too. The only thing we liked was the taste of the burger meat. Updated 9/22/19 SO GIVING A HONEST REVIEW ON A BUSINESSES QUALITY AND SERVICE IS UNMANLY AND UNREPUTABLE?!? WOW!!! READ THE REPLY THE OWNER RESPONDED WITH!!! HOW DOES THAT HELP YOUR REPUTATION? NO WONDER YALL CLOSED DOWN IN THE FIRST PLACE! ONLY THING IM SORRY ABOUT IS GIVING YOU A SHOT IN THE FIRST PLACE! The wait staff is on point...the reuban is outstanding.
Haven't gotten our food yet but so far the service is awful. Hearing nothing but complaints from the tables around us. We were told to go find our table when we walked in. Didn't get silverware or plates for the salad bar. One table just got their sirloin and it took them three try's to make it right. Not starting off well. Depending on the food we may not be coming back here

We were excited to see Jason's back open. We went in and were seated right away. The hostess took our drink order and brought it back. Then we sat for 45 minutes being completely ignored by the wait staff as several walked back and forth in front of our booth. Finally, we gave up, left a few bucks on the table to cover the Dr. Pepper and Water and headed out the door.
