Went there on a whim by suggestion of a friend and was not disappointed! There was a sweet girl working the counter who was so knowledgeable about the menu and helped me decide what to drink. She was so kind and funny! may just be my new go to spot if the they keep up the great service like this. It’s so hard to find these days but they have a good one there.

I was in about a week ago. I wanted something a little different and to get put of my comfort zone. Jennifer Graves suggested Iced caramel macchiato with soy milk and primo grits. So I tried it and it was amazing. Did not disappoint. She does her job very well! I'll definitely be back just for her!

Coffee was fine. Breakfast tacos were pretty awful. There was maybe 3 little squares of hard egg-maybe precooked the day before? The breakfast potatoes were soggy. The young man taking orders was polite. The lady working never cracked a smile, never greeted us, just stood there when we were waiting to place order mumbling under her breath how stupid the other workers were and was cursing at the other workers. And there were kids in there. Very unprofessional.

Wanted to support a local place. The coffee was bad. Very watery latte almost no coffee flavor. Make me wonder if they are using old or weak espresso.Should have been 2 shots in the size I ordered but I think it was only 1.We ordered 2 lattes to go and we didn't even make through our next stop before we threw both out.The place is cute and they are friendly but I would skip it if you want an espresso drink.

Cute little coffeehouse. I wish I had taken a pic of my chai tea. It looked beautiful! They have lots of little gift shop items as well.

Hot coffee was served cold, biscuits and gravy was served cold, and the breakfast sandwiches were inedible. Left 90% of the order on the table and went to IHOP.

I have never eaten at Java Primo. But I know a little bit about the owners. They are the most devoted and caring people you will ever meet. Josh is the best chef in the country and Shelly is the most humble and caring person you will ever meet. Give the place a try. You will be happy you did. I am not just saying this because Josh is my Brother they are truly the best. Now go get some coffee.

I wanted to support a local business, but this time it just didn’t work out. If you are looking for good coffee there is a Dunkin’ Donuts up the street and if you are looking for a good breakfast, try one of the cafes. The coffee drinks were terrible. No coffee flavor and overloaded with syrup. The plate of breakfast I had was a disaster. Bad tasting potatoes, over cooked eggs, bacon raw on one end and burnt on the other. The meal came with a cold day-old biscuit and the plate was decorated with chunks of an orange that had been around way to long. I ate the best part of the bacon and eggs and left the rest on the table along with two thirds of the coffee. Fire the cook. My wife’s cinnamon roll was small and stale accompanied by another bad coffee drink. If you are looking for trinkets this is your place. If you are looking for coffee and food this is not the place to stop.

I was disappointed by my visit. The staff not helpful when it came to ordering they seemed more interested in talking about their customers. I ordered a green tea matcha latte . It’s usually green. It came out white tasted strange. I told them this was not what I ordered they explained it was better. I disagreed and requested to have something else. Instead of asking me what I would like he just made me a tea with no sugar. I gave it two stars because the potato salad was OK. Disappointing because I was trying to support a small business rather than going to a large chain.

Friendly people, adequate service, decorated wall to wall with trinkets for sale, terrible food and coffee. I wanted to support a local business, but this time it just didn't work out. I grew up in Hot Springs and had never tried this place, but ended up there with my husband by chance. It was so cozy. There were all sorts of souvenir type products that were fun to browse. My latte was delicious but my cinnamon roll wasn't great. However, my husband ordered a huge breakfast and it was top notch! We haven't made it back since then, but we hope to go again. Loved it.

We came here for breakfast. Everything tasted like Pam was sprayed all over it. My youngest got pancakes with chocolate cream. There was about a pound of cream on it and we couldn’t stomach it. Everything was over priced and terrible.

I was home for the summer and my 2 Aunt's( momma's really, it took a village) and my baby cousins and my 3 kids decided.. Coffee!! So my Aunt's said they know a great place! OMGOODNESS THEY WERE BEYOND RIGHT! They two men working there were not only nice, but patient with 4 children and they brought it outside to us! Never been to a coffee shop like that before! So happy to have gotten a chance to experience kind hearted people again..

I have been here a few times and always enjoy my experience. Even When they are super busy, the staff is very kind and attentive. Their large lattes are MASSIVE and delicious. Their food is tasty as well. This is my favorite coffee spot in Hot Springs easily.
