Came in from Oklahoma, drove by and could smell the smoke so we knew we had to come back during lunch to try. He was short handed but was worth the wait. They don't skimp on the meat! Wow. Tried the pulled pork and a brisket sandwich. Both were on point. Prices just can't be beat, thanks for the Arkansas BBQ!
Hands down the best catfish! No tartar sauce needed. The seasoning and crispy texture of the catfish were flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Beans, coleslaw and hush puppies were the perfect compliments, also. The only complaint is that they aren’t in Texas so we could enjoy this all the time. Highly recommend Jefferson’s!!
Jefferson's BBQ is one of my husband and mines favorite bbq places to get in Hot Springs since moving here in 2020. Their food is always mouth watering & the service impeccable. We hired them this summer to cater our family get together and everyone was blown away by the food! We ordered for 15 people, but it could've fed 30 people easily.
