The employees are nice, but the menu says they use non dairy creamer for their slushies and milk teas. The flavored powders contain dairy anyways. So the creamer being non-dairy doesn’t make a difference. I appreciate the employees being honest about it, but it’s misleading to have it on the menu in the first place.

Being charged for a credit card fee even after paying in cash. Also anyone who is being charged 3.5-4% in credit card processing is being scammed by their payment processor.
AC barely worked, longest wait I have ever had for a Boba shop.

I went to this shop while visiting Arkansas, I got the strawberry milk tea with a few add ons. The regular boba were hard Like they weren’t cooked well enough. I ended up picking those out. As well as the cost, which was frankly overpriced. And the milk tea tasted very artificial. I hate to complain or leave a bad review. I just hope to share my experience for others.

I am a pure vegetarian and they have some coconut based jellies, you may have to ask them for that. The lady was nice and patient while explaining to me about their jellies and flavours.
We tried: 1. Ube cream - i absolutely loved it. 5/5 2. Strawberry cheesecake - it was good but some traces of the powder that wasn't mixed properly. 3.5/5
Overall, it's a cute shop and nice teas, a bit expensive but worth a try.
