It was so cute! I got brown sugar boba and my husband got crystal flower slushie, both were really good!

Amazing. Great service! Friendly staff. I wasn't sure what to order and they suggested something that was absolutely perfect. Citrus mint tea

Not one star just because I love the owner in Fayetteville. If you can’t pronounce the menu items be respectful about it:(

My family and I went in after the hot springs hoping for a nice fruity drink for us. We walked in and looked at the menus there, then after 15 minutes we saw the small paper sign written in sharpie that said "new menu inside". We walked further into the boba shop and as we talked about our orders, we saw they had taped up a "NO BOBA" sign on the register. The cashier heard us talking about ordering and said nothing about it until we asked. The cashier said it wouldn't be ready for another 30-40 minutes and to come back then. We walked outside and checked what time they opened. The shop had opened an hour and a half ago from when we arrived.

Wide variety of Boba tea. Delicious. They also have Thai tea.

This place goes through lots of changes. I currently live it. I hope they leave it the current menu is good. The last one was meh. The one before was good. So it's a mixed bag. Please just let it be. No need to reinvent the wheel😁

The boba pearls were microwaved so some of them were too hot and some were uncooked and hard! The hot pearls made my milk tea warm and gross. It did not taste good.

We stopped by here while we were walking around downtown Hot Springs. I LOVE boba. The tea itself seemed weak, kind of watery overall. The boba was slightly undercooked so it was crunchy in the middle, and also weak in flavor. We paid (with a small tip) about $9 a person, which in my experience, is a little high. I cannot recommend them for their boba, but my partner said the smoothie was okay.

It was okay. Not very neat/clean. A bunch of my pearls were hard in the middle. Honeydew was yummy though

Neat little place right off Bath House row. They revamped the place and added some new decorations that really liven it up. The Vietnamese coffee is very good as well as the Milk Tea with popping boba. Consistently delicious and very nice staff. Try it out while your in town. You won't be disappointed.

Wanted to try something refreshing, not too bad of a quick drink spot. Fast service but lacks in some areas, not as welcoming or helpful in choosing an item for first timers.

Cute place and baristas were friendly.
They just take forever. I would hate to visit this place on a busy day.
I think the owner or manager should spend time teaching baristas to move quick. Downtown stays busy and you are losing a lot of income having slow workers. Coming from a multimillion dollar business owner with local drink places all around America.
Hire a bunch and fire as needed.
Waiting 40 minutes for a drink is so unacceptable, and with barely anyone infront if me. Everyone in the lobby was complaining. Please make sure if you visit you go with Atleast an hour to spare…on a slow day.

And I asked for a refund like the people in front of me and they could not give any of us a refund even though our drinks were not even started on…strange.
Maybe they don’t know how to use the point of sale system…which is very unprofessional. This is a great example of poor training, I don’t blame the baristas but I do blame owner and manager.
