We wanted some ice cream after taking the Duck Tour. The confectionery was not busy at 4pm. Husband ordered the Cookies and Cream waffle cone and I had praline pecan ice cream in a cake cone. The ice cream was unexpectedly delicious! The praline pecan pieces were fresh and crunchy. The cones were both crispy too. The price was high like in big cities though, thus the 4 stars rating.

If you do nothing else while in Hot Springs, visit Kilwins! Even if you’re just going inside to smell the delicious smells! We had a Carmel Apple and the pecan fudge and the both were phenomenal!

We came for all the family ice cream and first, they didn't have waffle cones or bowls even if they had been open for more than one hour.Second, they have quite a lot of rules on how you have can your own ice cream. You cannot mix scoops, you cannot put two different scoops in the same bowl, and finally, didn't enjoy when the person working the counter told me I need to make my child choose only one flavor even if I want to buy them two scoops. So we walked out and bought our ice cream 200 ft. Away.

will NEVER be customers here and DO NOT RECOMMEND due to TERRIBLE customer service -Visited today for the first time and was so excited to try their ice cream. After waiting in line for at least 10 minutes, we got to the counter and my husband asked the older man for a sample of one of the flavors, the man huffed and said “sure but only one” in an extremely rude tone. My husband liked it and i asked to try a flavor as well and the man reluctantly gave it to me. When my husband ordered a milkshake (which is on their menu), the older lady turned around and said (very rudely) “I’m not making anymore shakes, we’re done making shakes today. You can have it in a cone.” My husband and I were stunned, and he said he just wanted a shake, the lady then said “shakes take 3x as long and I just don’t have time for that right now, if you you want a shake you can go to McDonalds.”We loved their ice cream, but after being treated this way, we will NEVER be customers here. You don’t gain business by being extremely rude, you just lose it like they did today. Do better.

Always loved coming here since I was about 15, glad to see this place always having business. Also glad to see they finally hired some more workers cause lord knows how bad the old man that's always ran it had it for ever, came in the other night when they were packed and saw two more workers helping, however it was so busy I ended up leaving cause my pregnant friend claustrophobic. Ice cream is always cold and fresh, I always get a cone and some fudge.

This place is amazing. Everything there was delicious. Especially my friend loved the ice cream. (But it's a bit pricey) There was only one person working at this place, which made us a waiting time.
The ice cream was delicious and perfectly creamy. The waffle bowl was also great! Would definitely recommend stopping in and trying it yourself.

Kilwin's ice cream is bomb! Obviously they're aware of this and it's priced accordingly but for a very occasional treat it's an easy win! At every location the people always seem to be very nice and are patient with the difficult decision as there are lots of flavors to choose from. I usually get a "single" scoop in a cup but they will let you do a half n half of 2 flavors and you typically get a bit more for your money! Great fudge and cookies too but if I'm gonna overspend on dessert I'm getting ice cream!
