We stopped in here on a Saturday night and the waitress kept complaining about working there. She took 15 minutes to to ask what we wanted to drink and there was only 4 other tables there and none of them being a big group. Once she finally got out drinks out she kept going back into the kitchen and yelling at the cooks, we waited for over 45 minutes and still no food, she did however bring out our appetizer after almost an hour wait, but the bread was under cooked and had no flavor. So now an hour wait has passed and still no sign of our food or the people that was there before us. Every time she would come back from being in the kitchen of almost 10 minutes at a time she would be cussing and telling the whole place about her personal problems and her kids personal problems, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We paid for our drinks and our appetizer then got up and left along with some other customers and went to the gelato place beside it, which was very good. As far as Little Italy, we will NOT be returning.

Absoultely awful experience. after arriving and ordering. we received our appetizer after 45 mins and it was terrible. we ended up canceling our meals and paying for our appetizer and drink and leaving. the waitress was very unprofessional. there were several tables sitting around with no food yet and she would be gone to the kitchen 8 mins at a time and come back talking about her personal problems and her kids personal problems. extremely dissatisfied.

For all the good reviews I was EXTREMELY disappointed the bread had zero flavor and the marinara side sauce had the burnt taste like the bottom of the pot was burned. There was no butter or garlic on the bread. I ordered a salad which I did not get. I ordered spaghetti bolognese and received spaghetti with marinara sauce and zero meat and it may have been good...unfortunately it had the burnt flavor in it and should have been started over. In general absolutely disappointed.

Had the Calzone, Chicken Parm, and Shrimp Alfredo. Outstanding! Beautiful presentation, great taste and texture.New executive chef Nate has done a fantastic job turning this place back around.Will definitely stop back in next time in HS!

Very good food! We had lunch specials (Lasagna and fettuccini Alfredo), and it was fresh, hot, and the portions were very generous. Friendly service. Great little place.

Not sure of they have new owners but its a new menu. Server was unable to describe what some items were. The appetizer looked like it was made by some kids in a college dorm. Took almost an hour to get food and food was room temperature.

Excellent rolls, salad and pizza. The big house salad was enough to feed three. The pizza crust was rolled over with sauce and cheese tucked inside. So good!

It was delicious. We had chicken Alfredo, mozzarella cheesy garlic bread, meat lovers pizza, and a Caesar salad. The garlic knots came without ordering them, and they were soooo good. Everything was yummy and had a nice homemade taste. The Caesar dressing was a bit different but tasty. We thought it tasted like thousand island mixed with Caesar dressing, so if that doesn't sound good to you, don't order that. Otherwise, we loved it, our daughter loved it and it was all around tasty!

Great pasta choices for our bike team of 25 people the night before a race. Called ahead and they seemed to have brought on staff just for us in a private room. All our student athletes enjoyed some team bonding and carb loading. No complaints about the food quality. Only room for improving was a couple dishes were not ready until 10-15 minutes after everyone already had theirs but the atmosphere was lively enough that the two were occupied with conversation until the late plates arrived.
It was terrible experiences. They said the waiting is 20mins and we had to wait over 40mins and they never apologized and very rude. Also they didn’t provide us any spoon or forks even though we ordered spaghetti with pizza for togo. We double checked with them and they kept saying they don’t have plastic forks. I never recommend this place for anyone. #unprofessional #rude #terrible place

Had lunch there. I had combo and spouse had spaghetti. Small place 10 tables Both entrees were really good. Had a glass of wine. Large selection. They also serve beer. Service was good. The wait was short. Atmosphere was like eating at a subway. They have a few tables Outside by the parking lot. All in all, I would go there again

They forgot to put our order in. They didn't tell me for 35 minutes. They told me after I said i wanted my order to go because i didn't want to stay there forever. I was polite. I paid my bill. They apologized but then my food still took 20 more minutes. I was there an hour. They do not give receipts they made me sign a hand written note. Not worth it. ?

My son wanted to eat pizza and I found this restaurant which was close by our hotel. I like the location. There are shops around there. I had read so many good reviews and maybe set my expectations too high. Went on a Wednesday night, only 1 table when we arrived so not busy. Food took a while. It didn't come as hot as I expected. They forgot my salad and bread for my eggplant parmesan so I had to request it. The pizza was alright. What we ended up enjoying was the bread since they actually brought it hot. More people kept coming and seems servers were struggling a bit. So not as great service. Really seemed like the place only had 1 cook and 2 young waitresses. That is why I give it a 3 star. Price is not bad for the food you get. But wish it would have been hot.
