How did my rib eye turn into chuck roast? Ordered a 16 oz rib eye, medium. What I got set in front of me was a small over cooked piece of meat that resembled in texture and chew of the end piece of a roast. Steak didn't cut with a knife rather pulled apart at the grain! Neither the waitress nor the mgr seemed to notice there was anything odd here so didn't make an issue of it.

My family and I stopped in on our way to town and had the greatest experience! We had a waitress named Kristy. Y'all. Kristy was the most darling woman. Service was 10/10 and I only wish she worked in a town close to me. She went above and beyond for all of us and I genuinely appreciate it.

We love eating at Longhorn Steakhouse! The food is always good & the service too!
This is a good go to place at lunch if you want a really good burger! They have a good selection of other lunch menu items as well with decent prices! I usually do a pick up order online and I haven’t ever had any issues on my pick up time or my orders. Love this Longhorns and highly recommended it!
