Best Italian food in Hot Springs if you get the change to stop by … ask the chef to surprise you! He’ll ask some basic questions… allergies and such. He will make you something. Delicious. We had ravioli and fettuccine. Savory and satisfying. Ill be back!

My husband and I were visiting Hot Springs and it was recommended o try Maeposas. We're so glad we went! The food was incredible and the chef was very friendly. We both got The Noodles and it was delicious. If we're ever back in Hot Springs we will definitely stop by again.

Our first time visiting here and we were truly impressed! Had the Fettuccine, add chicken, and it was amazing! Also ordered a cheese pizza for the kids. They devoured it! Don't forget the delicious cheesecake!

We have ate most of their food and, my wife loves the pasta; classic Alfredo ,Rose ,NY style meatballs, and the fried pickles. My favorite are the pizza’s; Dal Giardino, mama Dolores ,classic best calzone ,and the bruschetta. Love where it’s location in the middle of town Love the way the chef presents himself and his food . The flavor that come together in these dishes are spectacular.

Bruschetta was amazing and I really like the care they put into packaging it Togo for me. The pizza was one of the best ive had in a very long time. I ordered the Funghi Bacon and added arugula and roasted garlic. Would definitely recommend and order both again. I got the 10in pizza and my only feedback is next time I would ask for it to be cut into 6 slices vs the 4 this time. Thanks for Dinner!

Our family just had lunch here, and OH MY WORD. This is one of the best meals I've ever had. We ordered a variety of items, the sandwich, my child had spaghetti and my husband had the calzone. Every single thing was cooked to perfection, and FRESH and delicious. We can't wait to come back!! 10/10 would recommend.

420 Eats is always a great place to grab a bite, but Maeposas is adding even more flavor! I straight away got what I originally had come for, but my sweet tooth called me in the direction of Maeposas. The service was friendly and fast! The Wood Fired Cheesecake was smooth with the perfect tang of cream cheese. The crust was on the crumblier side with a delicious flavor that was married all together with fresh berries on top. The Crème Brûlée. The Crème Brûlée... I must say I do not really enjoy a crème brûlée. I might have broken a record with how fast I ate this one. A crackly, smokey top hiding a silky delight and topped with more fruit that brings balance with a pop of fresh juice. I’ll be dreaming about what I’m going to order next, perhaps a pizza???
