1 star because the sandwich scratched the itch I needed it to, another because of the good pickle spear. Minus a star because of the extremely dreary environment. Walking in the lights are dim, some completely turned off, half the seating blocked from access, music playing overhead clashing with whatever the people in the kitchen were playing. After we sat at a not completely clean table all the employees just disappeared adding to the post apocalyptic vibe the lighting was giving. Minus another star because my sandwich had one small slice of each kind of meat and cheese it was supposed to instead of the stack it was advertised to have. Minus another star because of the bug flying around that really wanted to land on our drink. Terrible. Used to love this place. But after waiting at an empty counter with no staff around for a few minutes hoping to get a to go container. I don't wanna come back unless there are big changes.

Our experience was much improved today versus a month or so ago. There was more employees, customer service was good. Food came quickly and was correct. They were organized and cleaning up tables. Bathrooms were clean. Felt like they might be under new management or something. But enjoyed our experience today.

Let me start with I’m not from Hot Springs and idk if my experience was normal behavior or if it was simply unprofessional…. When I first walked in, I was surprised to hear Crime Mob Knuck if you Buck blaring from the behind the counter. Everyone knows that at the first sign of attitude, while Knuck is playing, hands will be thrown. I feel like that’s a power move and let’s everyone know you ain’t playing. Like get your food and be happy you got it. Then I remembered I had my child with me and that’s not a good setting for children. Then, while ordering my food, they had some follow up tunes with 21 Savage and Future. At that moment, I realized that I was not at a normal McAlisters and I decided I should see how it all plays out. From there I went to the bathroom and was greeted with what appeared to be a normal bar bathroom; dirty and unkept with a broken paper towel holder that looked like it knucked to the wrong person. After that, my food came out quick and was missing things that normally come on it, but it was hot and ready. The lady asked me if I needed anything and I remembered the music from before, so I told her I was good. I learned a long time ago to simply accept what you get, because it might come back with things you don’t really want. While I ate, I got to hear the current top 10 trap songs. Luckily my kid didn’t notice, because I didn’t want to explain typical trap terminology just yet. While I ate I got some refills of tea that was clearly not fresh, but I got the refills quickly without issue. Even tho the music was not family friendly, the service was pretty good and the staff was solid. Definitely won’t go back, don’t wanna chance it and end up on some social media reel.

The food is good, but the tables need adjustment because most of them wobble. Also a little touch up, like the decals coming up and the front doors full of spots.

I ordered a 12in and got a 6in on DoorDash. This is the second time this has happened. I’m paying 17.99 for a 12in not a 6in.

Came in around two in the afternoon. Not many people. Took forever to get our order. Sandwich was not very good. Quickly thrown together.
I've ordered food from this place 2 times since I've lived in Hot Springs in 3 yrs, the food was crappie. So no more. There's other places the food is so much better and also the price. So sad

Sandwich was small on the pick two and the salad was in such a small container that when I opened it and it fell out. Defiantly could of used a bigger container and they forgot my salad dressing as well. So I didn't get to eat the salad at all. Other than those things I love their food and tea.
