It's McDonalds. Usually the drive thru is pretty good however, sometimes they don't listen to what has been ordered and you have to repeat your order. The second drive thru windows is a lot better and quicker. The inside is usually clean and the order desk folks are okay!! Depends on what time of day it is. Just check you drink, and your bag before you leave.

I finished working a 14 hour shift, I came home fell asleep. Woke up late really hungry after not eating the entire day, so I decided to order mcdonlads because it's quick and convenient and the only place open nearby, I ordered 2 mcdoubles with no salt and medium fry no salt with 5 ketchup packets and 2 apple pies through door dash. My order was a complete mess. They sent me ketchup in a little chicken nugget box. You can't possibly expect me believe that mcdonalds is out of ketchup packets,The fries were missing, the 2 mcdoubles had big mac sauce on them and looked like they have been sitting out for hours so bad the cheese on them were crusty. This is really disappointing and I feel played with especially since I spent 25 bucks on this. The workers should be held accountable. This is unacceptable. This was at the mcdonalds on grand Ave in hot springs ar.

My truck was too big for the drive thru, so I walked and after being ignored at the counter, I hollered to the back asking if orders were being taken at the counter. Some white woman with a scarred up face came out telling me I can go someplace else. I had to leave cause her face made me lose my appetite, which so much make up trying to cover all her scars and zits, I could see how some might flake off and get in the food she handles. Thank God there's too many other places to spend my hard earned money.

Great people sometime I eat at McDonald's alot.some time the cashier that be taking your order act like they have a attitude at the drive window. When u go in the have no one at the counter to take your order cause they focused on getting the drive orders out..I wait about 10 minutes b4 someone took my order it was bout 4 people inside waiting to get their order take people continue to walk in.i kept saying hello can we get someone to help us over here. The lady told me its a order board behind you .you can use it if you like and it will help with speeping up your order.if i wanted to use the order board i would have just stayed in the drive thru .that was the only reason she came to take ours order..short handed on staff that morning like all morning. Some day it be enough people to help.some morning and day it doesn't.burger king might be the place where I go next stop
