The self order McDonalds are becoming the bane of fast food. This McDonald's is a mirror of the one in La Mesa .... As bad as it gets. Horrible service which is non-existent until you go thru the drive thru, which then miraculously gets worse! We waited inside to try to order at the counter bc the touch screens are extremely user-UN-Friendly, no service so we got back in our car to try the drive-thru. 15 minutes later and the wrong order finally had food. This McDonalds needs to lose their franchise license

I like this place pretty much. I come here a lot for my drink. It is Christmas day and it is not open yet google says its open. This information needs to be corrected because this stuff happens a lot in this area and I have to wonder if its to hide the fact that they totally close down so corperate doesn't know it. Just a thought. Nothing more.

McDonald's isn't like it used to be! Too much preservatives....the only thing I ever eat is the sausage biscuit and strawberry pies. Last time I tried to choke down a cheese burger I took a bite and spit it out and tossed the rest of it to the dogs.

I just moved (back) here. I have been at this location several times since being on this side of town and I’m actually impressed. The line is usually quick no matter how many cars are there. Service has been polite. And I haven’t gotten cold or wrong food. Big change compared to the one in my previous town.

Website says they open at 4 i was looked at like i was insane and given attutide by the manager just becuase i was waiting on my order to be taken i dont care if it 4 in the moring if your working you shouldnt be rude to youe customers im in the service industry its not that hard

They didn’t want to make my food how I wanted it and proceeded to fight me on it. I don’t appreciate that. If they are not allowed to change it then I don’t know why I was coming in the morning and they make my sandwich how I wanted it.

I order a bacon quarter pounder for my husband and when I went home there wasn’t any bacon on it. To top it off I asked for no salt on my fries because due to my disease I’m not allowed to have much salt and they overly salted the fries. I don’t understand why it’s an issue for requests if I’m paying for the meal?

Can someone please explain to me why, with 2 order pick up windows, I still had to drive around to the front of the establishment to wait for my order? Update: not much better as of yet. While I had to wait for some time, my order was correct but low and behold, I was also given someone else's order too.. Sorry not sorry
