Every time I order, it's incorrect. Every so often, it's understandable, but each time is a record. When you politely ask for it to be corrected, they stand by their claim that it is correct and they can do no wrong, so always keep your receipt or pray it comes out correctly. I've been given half my drinks (half-filled), over-salted hamburgers (to the point you can't eat them), and 30-minute-old fries if they aren't busy and are going through them. Sometimes they just outright won't give you the food and refuse to refund you. No matter how many chances you give them, they will majorly mess up. My fault for giving them a chance. I will go to literally any other McDonald's in town over this one.

Last 5 times they have messed something up husband went in tonight at 1:20 and the workers have to be on something!!! He paid over $20 for 2 meals and asked for sweet and sour sauce. We only received a drink, a fry a 10 piece nugget and his burger! The fries had to have been salted 5 times or more the amount of salt was insane! The nuggets weren't to bad or the burger but we are missing a drink and a fry :/ not that we would want another over salted monstrosity! The night shift here needs to be monitored better!

I had a DoorDash order and when I arrived they told me to go park in the reserved parking and that they are no where near done with my order. I sat there for an hour along with 7 other DoorDashers waiting for their order as well. After being there for an hour I confronted the manager about why they are taking an hour for our order and she informed me that she already gave my order out to the wrong person not once but twice and tried telling me that my customer came up there and got it himself. When I called my customer about this he then told me he has not left his house all night and did not come pick up his order. After I got off the phone with him I walked up to the window to let her know that she had given the order to the wrong people without verifying the order was given to the correct Dasher. I have never had an issue like this and my customer ended up canceling his order bc of the wait. This lady needs to get fired bc she clearly does not know how to do her job and is affecting people like me our way to make money and support our family. This really needs to be looked into bc she looked like she was tweaking on some drugs and just could not get it together. She also tried to call the cops on me just for me doing my job and telling her there is no reason for a DoorDash order to take an hour. Whoever the owner is you really need better employees and McDonalds as a company should do better. Y’all should be embarrassed.

I’m so disappointed I went couple min ago ordered and ask to charge me a large coke and lady in drive threw said no cokes in breakfast hours only hot tea or coffee I’ve gone to this McDonald couple time on breakfast hours and never had a problem getting coke in morning then I was waitin for jst my food and I can hear her kinda arguing with lady that was ordering she kinda had a little problem but if she has problem stay home don’t get with us that go buy from their but I am so disappointed haded to go to store next frm McDonald to get me a coke 😔

Didn't have Biscuits and gravy even though they were advertising them. Don't have items on menu that other McDonald's have in town. Service is really really slow in the drive thru.
They had the worst food possible. The chicken nuggets were overdone and so greasy and nasty, and the lady manager even admitted that they don’t ever change the grease would not go to again punctuation.

The Chicken Big Mac I received was like trying to bite into a hockey puck or a Frisbee!!! The quality of that sandwich has quickly plummeted. I've had this experience at 3 different locations. The only location that has served a quality product on a consistent basis is the HSV location. I'm officially turned off from what had the potential of being the best food creation in forever, is now the worst decision ever made. Either the meat or the employee that cooks the meat is in serious need of attention!
(Unfortunately, I was so angry that I tossed everything in the trash before snapping photos as I typically would have done)

Young man/woman taking our order was a bit rude. And during the payment exchange same person was even more rude, turned back to me and strutted away, order was not correct. Geez, this is all that these employees do, why can't they get it correct?
