I just went to McDonalds and order a burger and fries. I waited 20 mins just for two things. Then when I got home I realized how unappetizing it looked and the pattie looked raw. AND THREW it away.

The worst McDonalds in my opinion, but unfortunately I work at a restaurant/bar so I always get off pretty late, anywhere from midnight to 2am, so the only McDonalds still open. I never leave reviews ever because I understand being short staffed, things going wrong, etc. but it never fails that every single time my food is messed up & even though I ordered my food through the app 30 minutes before showing up, I still waited 20 minutes to get it, which they didn’t even make sure it was my food, tossed a bag through the window & said “I think this is yours”, it wasn’t. So they give me the correct order only for my sandwiches to be made wrong, no cheese I added for extra costs & the wrong size drinks. Just extremely irritating & the customer service & attitudes are just always awful as well. I just don’t get it. One or two times is okay, but every time is insane.

Line was backed up, customer outside yelling garland about smacking a customer, all of them in there wearing NO GLOVES fixing everybody's food. Health department will be called! I couldn't even get any food with how disgusting the whole store was did a complete 360 oit the stoee

We sit in drive thru a total of 30 minutes, we just got our order no onions on the burgers and the nuggets are cold. The lady manager with the short hair really needs to find her another job. We just left.at 1127 and got in line at 1049.

Went there for breakfast pretty close to 06:00-07:00am, took around 20 minutes for someone to walk up to the register and speak to me to order my food, paid for a meal and didn't give me my drink and the food came out cold, not even room temperature and tasted terrible.

Super slow service with no explanation until we asked after 20 min wait for food. Just tell the customer you are working shorthanded when you collect my money. I'll probably be more patient than just waiting with zero communication.

There were a lot of flies and the staff was very slow.
I don't know if it's because Hot Springs is a tourist trap, but the prices here are WAY higher than I've seen at other McDonald's. We ordered 6 sausage, egg & cheese McMuffins and two coffees...and the bill was about $46! Plus, we received exactly ZERO napkins with our drive-thru order. That's always a nice touch.

Food is good , accept I usually get cold fries a lot. Service is terrible when I go into this one or any of the others in town I have to wait and wait for someone to notice me that I standing there waiting to order. The store is not 24hrs they close from 4 am to 4:30am, I have gone through several times and not been able to order. Post a sign in drive through that you are closed between 4 am and 4:30. Put on your door as well.

Came in on June 28th at 2ish am finally paid my order at 239 am finally got my food at 306am need to have better customer service will not be back
