Absolutely unacceptable. The employee taking our order repeatedly talked over and cut off my husband, insisting we ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin when we clearly ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal and a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, with a biscuit substituted for the McMuffin. My husband bit his tongue because this was the only location open nearby at 4:45 a.m., and we didn’t want to risk any issues with our food. Sadly, the food was just as bad—hard biscuit, cold McMuffin, cold hash browns, and sloppy, inconsistent portions. Fast food is far too expensive for this level of service and quality. Corporate should review this location. One star. Won’t be back.

Went there tonight around 9 they said oh the lobby is closed at 9pm when they don't close the lobby until 11pm also I use to go in for doordash at night when the lobby supposed to be closed this location needs to be more nicer or shut it down

Best McDonald's in Hot Springs Arkansas minute I pulled into the parking lot and walked in I could tell 845 am there was someone asking what i would like I had just left a McDonald's by the Mall near where our Hotel is I stood at the cash register for several minutes but they just walked by me Noone ever came to the register to take my order I looked outside and there was 2 people sitting on some steps on their phone I finally went out and noticed the drive in line all the way out to the street I drove away and they were still on the phone but when I got to this McDonald's it was Great the way it should be
Went to get the same coffee I get every morning here. They want to argue that they don’t sell coffee during breakfast. Yeah you read that right. So when you pass the window, their employees rather than working can be seen goofing off and ignoring the window. McDonald’s. Reevaluate your employees. I’ve worked fast food my entire highschool career. If teenagers can be disciplined in a job, your grown workers can too. Never in my life have I seen workers too lazy and focused on each other that they lie to not do their jobs. You guys used to be better than the McDonalds on grand. I’d rather have to explain to them how to mix syrups than come here again. I’m sure you know how terrible your staff is already considering the vast amount of negative reviews. Get your crap together or shut down. For real. Everytime I came here for the past 2 months it’s always something different wrong. Rude staff, redropped old fries, never checking mods to the sandwiches, lying, unprofessionalism, or they put the dude that hasn’t showered in a week by the window. The hygiene of your staff is awful. No hair nets, no gloves, and they stay touching their face and hair and then the food. GROSS. Will be making a report. Get IT TOGETHER!!

I pulled up at about 3:05 am on October 12,2025 and the manager and her workers were outside smoking marijuana that’s very unprofessional I am a uber eats delivery driver they were setting in front of the front door

advertised as 24 hours but when you place a mobile order they end up being closed everytime. workers sitting in the lobby when they are supposed to be open. no note or anything on any drive through kiosk with any reasoning as to why they are closed. if you are not 24 hours don’t advertise as such. do better
