I see the 3.5 rating and am shocked. I never comment on food chains but this McDonald does breakfast right! Food was warm, fresh, and tasted great! Coffee was fresh and not burned tasting. Enjoyed it.

Well congratulations, that was the worst Big Mac I have ever attempted to eat, there was so much sauce, the whole sandwich fell apart making it almost impossible to eat. Lucky , I was not driving, it would have caused an accident with sauce going everywhere. The staff did not want to be there. No customer service period ! Needless to say we will not be returning, ruining a favorite standby since the 1960’s.

Worse manager service ever? I got told to talk to the manager about my order issue because they we're trying to tell me. I paid 875 for a happy meal. Basically, when I ordered a small fry too. Since they didn't have apple slices, they had put a small fry in the happy meal. And never gave me a small fry that I ordered. And I had to drive 3 times around the store just to get them to have my order correct? And then when it came to third time around, I just got attitude, and they just basically can't handle their s?

Very terrible. Ordered two sandwiches no pickle extra onion. Received one sandwich with just cheese. Went back around to tell them and then after waiting ten minutes. They told me the did not have onions. Then told me to pull to the front and they would bring it out. Twenty minutes later worker comes out and asks what I had again because they forgot what I order. To which I informed him just give me a refund. Ten minutes later manger comes out and apologizes and said they were jus told about it.
Based on the long line of negative reviews nothing will be done to rectify this issue .However If you can get past the pungent odor of marijuana and the reeking odor coming from the manager or shift leader then be my guest and visit this location. The manager or team leader named nooney ( or atleast that’s the name that was yelled) . The reek of marijuana coming from her was deplorable, the customer assistance was not pleasant at all my food service was slow close to 15 minutes I spent waiting.

This place is one of the nastiest McDs I have ever been too. The food was subpar, the order is usually wrong, the staff is 50-50 on being friendly and capable. Every time I hear they remodeled or have new management I think, 'maybe this time', but its usually trashed with in the first week. There are better McDs less than 5 minutes from this one. Go there, they aren't much better, but they are a tad better than this one. Pretty much my take on all Hot Springs McDs. When we just got to have McDs we head to Malvern or Caddo Valley. F the ones in HS.
