Ordered my food. Got pulled up to wait. They forgot about me. I went inside, they found my food. Decided to give me new fries since they had gotten cold. They asked me twice what my drink was and they confirmed with me that I wanted Coke. I had to go back to work after waiting that long and my food was still cold and the drink was a Dr Pepper. Go to Cooper St McDonald’s it’s much better.

I came through before closing time and I was told at the pick up window the tea was out but the guy who I'm assuming is a manager (based off the shirt he was wearing) named Taylor was super nice apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a large chocolate shake besides getting the delicious shake his customer service was excellent, he had a smile the whole time while he was handing everything out of the window, he was super nice and very polite.

Be ready to wait. The service is beyond slow and food is marginal (for McDonald's). Definitely will not be coming back to this location.
Went there the other day to grab lunch. Placed our order on the kiosk in lobby and was waiting at the counter to pay.. one worker walked over and looked at us and went about her business, a lady wearing a manager shirt looked at us from the back area and acted like nobody was standing there. Never helped or greated so. We got tired of waiting and went elsewhere to eat.. terrible service well actually no service. Would not recommend eating here especially if your in a hurry on a lunch break.
