When you pay $10 for a breakfast sandwich you kinda expect them to get it right, but no they didnt and and failed the time before getting my order right. So be cautious and check your bag and food to make sure theres nothing missing or totally ignored about removing onions. Dont know why I would assume its right e.g. them reading it back, the reciept saying so and stating it when at the second window recieving your food. Never again....

Avoid this McDonald's and the Circle K it is connected to, it is full of dust and debris that you inhale with every breath. Not to mention there is barely any kind of product at this location, if you do have to stop I would suggest that you pay at the pump and steer clear... Just sayin but I am not playin....

Waited for the wrong order because the young lady at the window did not bother to speak to me. Manager comes and tries to hand me the wrong order, no apology when I said my name and that my order was for a meal, he said he would fix. Then another employee comments that I hadn't paid, so he comes back and asked me if I had paid. Then the woman in the back with an attitude asked if I had my receipt. After all that still no apology and was given food that had been sitting at this point for 5 minutes. This is ridiculous, train your people better, and make sure that you don't immediately blame your customers.

Careful with this McDonald's. The drive-thru menu price will not be the same at the window. Prepare to pay full price on any "deals" they offer. And they won't "right" the wrong for the falsely advertised price. You just have to pay the extra few bucks and get a "it won't let me sell it for that price" even though it's literally advertised on their drive thru at a lower price. I never leave bad reviews but that is pretty pathetic. 3 different people trying to solve the problem to no avail, just "our prices says its higher at the register, sorry".

i purchased the 4a with cheese added medium with a fanta orange. i drove 2.2 miles and the chicken was old and overcooked the bun was old and flattened the fries were old and cold and the fanta was absolutely discusting. i now remember why i dont go to this mcdonalds. its always a bad experience. i wasnt handed a receipt and there isnt even a receipt on the bag. this was around 9:00 on Christmas 2024.

The older lady with the red hair “the so called manager” was extremely rude. We came through the drive through and she was huffing and puffing at us for no reason and then refuse us service. I am so tried of these service people wanting to work but don’t want to work.

This location has become the worst McDonalds I have ever set foot in. They are obviously about to close this location because it takes 20 minutes to place your order and 30 minutes to get your order. Customer service does not exist and the employees just don't care. People are disgusted and just walking out.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. McDonald's is no longer a kid friendly restaurant.

The food was fine. The dining area, however, is a completely different situation. There so many flies they were landing all over me and my children. The floor was LITTERED with food and trash. I'm a manager at Taco Bell and this NEVER happens at my store because we know it takes 5 seconds to sweep and wipe down. Something McDonalds on Malvern Ave sorely needs to learn.
