The staff and the way they resolved my issue was impressive. Not many fast food employees understand conflict resolutions, but these folks did. Good job staff! I return when I'm in the neighborhood because of the employees.
Out of ketchup in dining room. Out of sweet tea in dining room. Unsweet was awful. One sprite didn't work. Food was awful, more than usual. Not impressed at all. Not even up to low McDonald's standards. Avoid this store if you can.

Of the 7 or so McDonald's in Hot Springs, this is my second to last favorite. As a doordash driver, I have to go to all of them. I had an order at this location early one morning and got there 20 minutes after they "opened". I sat there for a half hour waiting for them to actually open and when they finally did, they said they couldn't make any orders because they just opened. I had to sit another half hour and got the food to the customer extremely late. The last time I was there and ordered for myself, I used the app and ordered a double bacon quarter pounder with no onions. I received a single quarter pounder, with lettuce, tomatoes and not a crumb of bacon. But I had already waited way too long already and didn't feel like waiting in line again.
