I don't even give this casino a 0, they don't even pay the services, they were already expensive and on top of that they raised a dollar more, they never give you a hotel or free games, they spend a fortune and they don't give you points, it's the worst casino in Arkansas It's not worth visiting, you don't have anything in your favor, it's just what they earn and if you're going to book at the hotel it's very expensive they never give you promotions they should change if you want to go to a casino and feel comfortable go to Mississippi to Harlows that one casino if it's worth it

Rooms: Are spacious, luxury, flat screens, comfortable beds, quiet, it is so nice!Noteworthy details: They have any thing you might have forgotten to pack. Shampoo, body wash, q-tips, house shoes, robes, it is super nice.

We were at the casino for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. It was a nice place, ample parking, and events for everyone.Nearby activities: Hot Springs National Park and several state parks in the area.Safety: The location is pretty lit at night. They had security roaming the property.Walkability: They have a shuttle service on the grounds. There is ample parking.Food & drinks: They have restaurants inside the casino. There are also restaurants within walking distance to them.

Great experience at Oaklawn!From checking in with Lilly, to having drinks at the lobby bar. Bartender, Diane was great, fabulous personality and great service. Waking up and seeing beautiful horses running around the track, getting exercise...beautiful animals! Thanks for the great treatment we received. Aloha

Love the racetrack. We did encounter a bartender charging customers extra for drinks, they were $5 instead of $4. She did it to us 2 days in a row, when I called her out on it she was like oh my, oops and gave us the correct amount back. Then she did it to my husband the next day, without me. Hopefully management fixed it
