I would never recommend or ever be back at this restaurant. The server took our order we waited about 15 minutes then the manager came and told use they was out of hashbrowns so we had to change our order after waiting probably around 30 more minutes the food finally came to our table we was missing half our order then when we tasted our food it was cold still missing half our order and told that we had to wait probably another ten minutes I went to talk to the manager after explaining everything that went wrong to the manager expecting her to be apologetic and at least try to fix it or be able to heat our food her response was what do you want me to do about it she wasn’t even sorry about what happened I explained this was our second bad experience. When she came to the table to collect all the food that was brought to our table our kids was upset I told them don’t worry we will go to McDonald’s and the manager said that will probably be your best bet and guess what it was we ordered on the app on the drive to airport road McDonald’s and it was all ready. We live in royal we drove close to 30 minutes to get to the restaurant by choice to try them again absolutely worst experience ever do not recommend

While visiting Hot Springs National Park, we stopped in early for breakfast. We arrived soon after they opened, a bit after 630am. I was with 2 children 12 and under. Our server was prompt, polite and kind. She was amazing! Our food was good. I ordered loaded hash-browns with my eggs over easy and it was delicious! One of the kids ordered a breakfast burrito which he said was delicious. We ordered a single pancake to share and we didn't really enjoy the pancake simply because it had crispy edges with a softer center. My daughter ordered chicken and waffles which she liked but it was a big Belgium waffle with chicken tenders so not ideal chicken and waffles. I would have breakfast there any day but would not order pancakes.
My hot breakfast was served at room temperature. When I asked to have it heated up, I was told no and brought more food to waste at the end of our meal instead. No one wants two cold breakfasts that aren't going to be palatable as leftovers later.

Worst steak ever. They changed from flat iron to sirloin a cheaper cut of meat thenWhen i asked why they said they would upwords of 20.00 for the flat iron. Looks to me greed has set its foot in the door. Pathetic

Walked in to a sign that said “please seat yourself.” However, we were not able to because all of the tables that were available were dirty. There was one guy busting tables AND washing the dishes by himself. Had to wait several minutes to be seated, several more minutes to get our order taken, and even more for our food to come. When our food came, we didn’t even get all of it. We waited on a pancake that wasn’t cooked all the way and we were waiting on oatmeal to be brought to us but it never was. We ended up just leaving and getting food elsewhere. Extremely slow service.

Sorry it's just nothing like it used to be before they tore down the old kitchen. Prices are high, staff isn't all that friendly or on task. The food isn't anything spectacular, literally I had breakfast one time and the bacon had NO FLAVOR at all, none!

This restaurant serves breakfast or lunch daily. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast meal and left very satisfied with the food quality, choices, and service. The noise level in the restaurant is high perhaps due to the design.

Stopped for some yummy breakfast on our way home. I had their veggie omelet which you can have customized by adding on the protein of your choice if you would like to. I also got their surprisingly thick blueberry pancake and both were delightful!If anybody wants great food at good prices and amazing service, y'all need to check out Oaklawn Track Kitchen. You will not be disappointed!
