This is the BEST sake you will ever have in the states. It’s a must try if you are in town! We didn’t get to do a tour but we were able to sample each one and learn a little bit about the origins of the company. It was a great beginning to my groups first trip to Arkansas and we can’t wait to find the brand in stores in Texas!
Such and fun tour. So glad we have this in our neighborhood.
A wonderful inside look at how sake is made. I loved hearing the backstory of how the company originated and why they selected Hot Springs.
Amazing, authentic sake brewery with a top-notch tour and tasting. The tour was wonderful with a ton of specific details and a fascinating story of why a sake brewery makes sense here in Arkansas. The sakes themselves were all excellent and very reasonably priced, with a nice mix of traditional flavors and some new ideas like sake seltzer. If you're in the area, definitely worth booking a tour and, if you see this in a store, grabbing a bottle.
Great tour of the brewery! The people in my tour group asked some very detailed questions and Ben fielded them all in a fun way. It was fascinating and very engaging. AND I found that I actually like sake! I have never had an alcoholic beverage that I enjoyed before trying their Zero (which, to be honest, is non-alcoholic) and their Thousand Cranes. Such clean, yet complex tastes. I also enjoyed their new Snow Monkey seltzers, especially the mango.
This tour and tasting was incredible. We were lead by Ben who is one of the founders and studied sake brewing in Japan. Arkansas Rice and Hot Springs water make for the perfect sake. We learned that Hot Sorings has a sister city in Japan, Hanamaki. So the connection is deep. We tasted the sake they have on the market and some that are to come soon. We walked the brewery and smelled the brewing batches. I need the angelfish as a body lotion! Great product and great little tour!
Very friendly demeanor and wonderful presentation. We are very lucky to have this in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hoping for them to have a long and fruitful business venture for many years to come.
Definitely put this place on your list for a tour and tasting! We enjoyed the unique experience and tasty sake...would return but am definitely going to try and find more Origami Sake to purchase when/where I can outside of AR!
This place is PHENOMENAL! They are absolutely crushing the game in everything they do. Their facility is gorgeous, their staff is amazing and their sake is BOMB! Don’t live in Hot Springs, but so glad they distro to FL!
Ben did a terrific job sharing stories and explaining everything.

My wife and I booked a tour of the Origami Sake facility and had a wonderful time. the guide was informative but not over-the-top technical. The tour was just the right length of time. We learned a lot.
Great experience. Ben C was a great host for our tour. We were very impressed with the company as a whole.
The sake is excellent and so is the tour of the facility. Highly recommend.
Amazing to hear how Sake brewing made its way to Hot Springs, Arkansas. Fun and interesting tour of the brewery and seeing the brewing process. Tastings are a plus!!
Our tour guide was amazing. Even though unexpected construction forced him to pivot he did an amazing job, was very informative and engaging, and we got to see extra places. Also the sake was incredible! We learned so much about the process and sampled 4 different products, one of which isn’t available yet. All very very good. Served chilled which surprised and delighted me.
