The staff were great and the tour is really interesting. I'm not even much of a saki-enthusiast and i found it all enjoyable. Still went home with a couple bottles!
Chuck and Alyssa opened up the front of house for us and talked us through their sake options. Really tasty! I wish we’d gotten a tasting reservation, we did it last minute so we didn’t see all the stuff, but they were really nice and accommodating anyway. I really liked the “big and dry” bottle, I think it was called The Fold. Hoping I can get it shipped :)
The NA Sake: Tastes like apple cider at best, more like wall paper glue. Over priced as well.
Excellent presentation and product. Thanks Im sorry I don’t remember the name of our guide I think it might be Victoria (?) but she was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. Great experience. Thank you.
They were super informative and it was truly fun! Fantastic products!
Love place that clearly cares about their product.
This was such a fun and informative tour!
I went down to Hot Springs to get a special bottle of whiskey that we’ve only been able to find there and at the store I saw sake made in Arkansas for sale. I had just come back from a trip from Japan and had drank lots of sake. So I bought some and was very impressed with the taste. Next trip down I learn they make it in Hot Springs. So we went for a tour and even more impressed! Great tour and very informative! Love the new Snow Monkey sake mixes too!
Highly recommend taking the Origami Sake tour. The knowledge and passion in what they do is incredible. Forget your past restaurant experiences of tasting mass made bitter sake. There is much more to making quality craft sake than you would think. Great addition to Hot Spring! They are the real deal!
We had such a great time touring this facility! Our guide was clearly experienced in the whole process and seemed genuinely passionate about her work. The background of the brewery was very interesting and their sake tastes great. Definitely check this place out. (Also, Origami please start distributing in Wichita KS, k thanks 🙏)

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from learning about the history of Sake, to the complex brewing methods to the tasting. You've made me a Sake lover and I'll definitely bring other friends to your facility!
What an epic place tucked into the hills outside Hot Springs! 10/10 will bring family and friends!
This is the BEST sake you will ever have in the states. It’s a must try if you are in town! We didn’t get to do a tour but we were able to sample each one and learn a little bit about the origins of the company. It was a great beginning to my groups first trip to Arkansas and we can’t wait to find the brand in stores in Texas!
