I’ve had 3 meals here and the quality is unmatched. Fresh, made-from-scratch food here, not packed food that’s warmed up! Today I had the Mac & Cheese tacos with the chicken. Amazing 🤩 and the meat- all of it- is the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The bbq beans are perfect! Not overly sweet like most. Staff is amazingly kind and helpful!

My husband and I were visiting Hot Springs, and stopped here for dinner and to watch football. Everyone was SO welcoming, great service, great atmosphere, and great food too! Next time we’re in town, we’ll be back!

I do not even know where to begin with this. It was by far the worst dining experience I’ve had in my life— although I’m not even sure it counts as a dining experience as we never actually got any food? After we were seated, it took over 30 minutes for our order to be taken. We were understanding as they appeared to be understaffed, although at this time it was still early and not busy at all. After waiting 75 minutes, we had yet to receive our starter, let alone our food. We then find out through overhearing other tables that they were out of several ingredients and our order could not be made. We asked politely only once if our starter would be out soon and later overheard the server telling the cooks “we were angry and complaining.” We had ordered only one soda and the rest of the table had waters. Upon our decision to leave, we left $3 on the table to cover the soda, as we were afraid if we asked for a check it would take another hour. The server responded “oh, it’s actually $4” while we were on our way out. Now, we would never purposely not pay for something, but the fact that this wasn’t comped after waiting over an hour to receive no food and no communication from the serving team about a potential long wait, seems utterly ridiculous.
We really wanted to try somewhere local and highly recommended in Hot Springs; but unfortunately, that was not possible for us.
This seems like it has potential to be a neat local place, but seems to severely need some assistance.

We have eaten here twice now and both times were great. This time had an incident with a few orders of food, nothing too major but the staff was very apologetic and extremely understanding. Compted 2 meals and offered us free take home pork rinds (which are fantastic) Portions are big so come hungry. Will definitely be back.

Downgraded to 1 star. This was my second and last time eating at this restaurant. The first time, in November 2024, was a good experience. However, in August 2025, the same did not hold true. It took 45 minutes after ordering for our appetizer to arrive and a full hour for the sandwiches to arrive. In addition to the extremely long wait time, the food arrived cold! The owner is a very friendly guy and offered to remove the appetizer from the bill. Also of note, the food quality and serving sizes were lacking on the second visit. My brisket cheesesteak, which was advertised to feed two, had very little meat. (The flavors added by the peppers were nice. It probably would’ve tasted very good if it had arrived hot.) My daughter‘s hamburger was good and juicy but my wife’s burger was hard and dried out. Hope this was just an off night and they can get their act together but for $126 to feed a family of four, I’m not chancing it again.

We are from Nebraska and staying in Hot Springs for the night. This place is #1 by far and we haven't been anywhere else. The service is better than any place we've been in a couple decades and we eat out a lot. Enough ranting....YOU WILL NOTNBE DISAPPOINTED!!

Awesome place just down the street from Bathhouse Row. We had all of the BBQ meats and they were really good. Our favorite was definitely the alligator sausage. The loaded potato salad and the Mac and cheese were on point for sides.
We sat outside in the garden and watched the band for a bit while we ate. Super clean and the service was impeccable.
Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

The food was amazing! I would have went back every day for the bbq mac and cheese! The only thing that was a little weird is that the food coming in take-out containers. Not a huge deal. I’m glad we made the stop while on vacation.
