Spent the Labor Day weekend in Hot Springs for the first time and have to say most of the places I went to eat either had very salty or bland food. Thankfully we found Picante’s! The food was good, the service was good, and the people were genuine and so welcoming. If you want good food that doesn’t taste like tourist food, come to Picante’s!

Loved our whole experience!! They treated our children to birthday treats and our server was so friendly!! Cannot brag enough on his service! Even the other patrons were kind. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stop again!

Not impressed at all. Food was bland no flavor, staff could not have been less friendly, sweet tea wasn't sweet at all had to get water instead. NO changing table in restroom to change a young child. This is definitely one that I will not be coming back too.

Our stable go to while in Hot Springs, always cordial and reasonable. Great drinks too.
Customer service as always was decent. Chips and salsa, the salsa tasted unoriginal and trash. Got the nuggets and fries for my 1 yr old daughter and she immediately did not like it. Garbage. I got the street tacos and they didn’t even have fajita! So I got carnitas and that shit was even worse, tasted like you were eating fish tacos bc of how undercooked it was. Will never eat this shit again! Not even close to Mexican food. Unhappy as hell
The wait staff seemed eager to please! Authentic food with a great price!
