The manager at this location is a complete jerk. Completely unnecessarily rude. I ordered a pizza last night and it was almost an hour before it arrived. The delivery driver said that he forgot the drink we ordered so he had to go back and it get it, so by the time the pizza got to us, it was pretty cold.
I explained all this to the manager. There was no apology, no remorse. He said I should have called and said something last night. What difference would it have made if I called last night or the next day? I would have been fine with a store credit or them remaking the pizza, but because he was so rude, I just asked for a refund, which he refused.
This is not my first negative interaction with this same manager. A few years ago, I ordered a pizza that never arrived. He said they went up the elevator and left the pizza at my door. The problem was that my building at the time didn't have an elevator. They were at the wrong building. Again I asked for a refund and he said he would void the transaction, which he never did. I had to show up at the store to get my money back.
He is the worst example of customer service. He is in the wrong business.
