We order over $50 in food and paid with a gift card tonight over the phone bc their website won’t accept gift cards. Our card was charged to a zero balance and after being put on hold we’re told there was no order under our number our address. After over an hour back and forth with the store and the call center they said we had no order in the system even though they took all the money from the card. They simply said there is nothing they can do. I’ve filed an AG complaint....read full review
