Don’t sit up and try to tell me that something is in the box when I’m telling you it’s not I don’t like that if you don’t like your job go find somewhere else to work instead of taking your frustration out on customers. Even when I have to wait, service and the food is great at this location on Grand Ave it's the best in town.
The manager Michelle at this location is so professional, down to earth, & displays excellent customer service skills. There was an issue with my order & Michelle made sure that it was resolved expeditiously.
I asked for no gravy and they STILL put gravy on my mash potatoes and I can’t stand gravy. My biggest pet peeves is when people refuse to listen to damn instructions.
