We ordered their original tenders chicken ( no bone) and I asked for a Frozen chilled Mango lemonade! The lady didn’t tell us on the speaker that the drink wasn’t gonna be frozen…which is what I ordered a frozen chilled lemonade which they said on their screens they had, but whats crazy they gave me a overly sweet mango lemonade with no ice and too much syrup, my husbands food was their original bone in chicken ( which wasn’t what he wanted) and the fries were baked in the same grease they bake their fish sandwiches in that you can taste the fishy flavor! Wasted $11 for food that was completely wrong and disgusting! Ya’ll are usually good but then you’re terrible the next, figure it out!.

Clean, but colder than Alaska! Asked staff to turn up the AC and they said they had no control over the thermostat. Not sure I believed that one. Needless to say, we woofed the food down to leave!

don’t get me wrong love the food. but how you gonna have no signage about you don’t have a scanner for your app. i’m just trying to use my rewards. and they’ve forgotten my 6 count of biscuits twice now. i’ll be checking everything in the bag going forward.

My husband and two children waited over an hour for the food. When they got home most of the order was wrong or missing. Talked with general manager would not refund our money decided to go ahead and take the order it had been 1hour and 17 minutes. Called to let them know how most of the order was missing. This is horrible service and Popeyes you should be ashamed of how you treat your customers.

Weighted over 30 minutes for 3 tenders then they said that they put them on back order did not offer a receipt did not offer anything extra and still when I got the tenders they look like chicken nuggets

This place uses to consistently serve good food. Now, they consistently get orders wrong.

Ordered a side of gravy with my online order and paid over a $1 for it and it was smaller than if I got a sauce cup for free and top of that the baby cup wasn’t even halfway full!!! Then when I called about it the lady said that’s what it is and there is nothing she can do about it. What happened to the impressive client experience???

Had to watch 20 mins for chicken that was dry…

Oh, where do I start took 30 minutes to even order. After I did order it took another 30 to order because the person taking my order was lost and didn’t know how to complete their job. When I FINALLY got to the window I was told to pull forward and the waited 25 more minutes and had to ask to get the drinks I never got.

Went this evening through the drive through and ended up not even ordering. The young man in the drive through tonight has no business working directly with customers. If I order something, I order it because I want it and I assure you, I can afford it! He was very rude and argumentative so I left. Will not go back would not recommend.
