Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have been going to this location since 2023 and I've never been treated so rudely as I have been tonight! I ordered a chicken thigh in the drive through and this young lady handed me a tiny chicken thigh in a box that looked more like a chicken wing with mostly skin and a little meat. This is the second time she did this to me.. so I thought I would walk in and ask for a bigger piece. The same lady came over with an attitude and asked 'How could she help me? I didn't want to deal with her attitude so I simply said 'my chicken was too small , and I would like a refund as I held up my receipt. Then she Ripped the receipt out of my hand really Fast and Forcefully as she walked away. That was Totally Rude and Disrespectful of Her!! What is her Problem! She has No business being in customer service with an Attitude Like That!!. Everyone else has been really good to me, and I never had any problems here which is why I was Shocked to be treated like this for no reason!

How is this location even open?? Absolutely terrible. I know in today’s world it’s hard to find “good help” but the entire staff needs to be replaced. I would die of starvation before I give this establishment another penny.

I got a 6 peace boneless wings and they where hard and cold there was way to much sauce so by the time I got home half of them were a bit soggy but that doesn’t explain why they were cold!!!!!

I can hardly find the words that express how “ALL AROUND” this restaurant is CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE. I feel like an idiot every time I go thinking “it will be better than last time.” I will never be back and make sure my entire family will never go again. In stead of a Christmas present this year I will have everyone I know make a covenant to never go there again!!! If you want terrible service, longest wait time you can imagine, messed up order, lied to, and a side of more wait time, I suggest you go to this Popeyes. It wasn’t even busy my last two trips! Bring a snack you can eat on when they tell you to park on the side and some Advil rapid release, because you will have a tension headache within 30mins. I thought I was in a dream, because there’s no way I’m waiting 45mins both times for a dang tender meal! Unfortunately I wasn’t dreaming. I was reliving the same nightmare. It’s been like this for months. I gave it a month between visits and still the same results. Last time they only had two cars in drive through. This time No cars, not even one! Tell my fiancé 3 mins cause they want the best for us! 😂 I went inside twice 15 mins apart to ask if they were ok or needed some help! You want the best for me then refuse my business or quit your job! Look at the other review ratings. Terrible. The 3.8 star overall has to be a lie or a system error. If you want to end you day with $30 less dollars, 1 hour in the parking lot looking at Walmart, and very rude employees, then go here! Fire everyone and start fresh or close the store!

After they took 30 minutes, they didn't give me the sauces I asked for, they gave me the worst chips. They don't think that someone buys to get their salary, they don't take advantage of their work ?

This location will steal your money. My wife ordered on the Popeyes app, my meal did not come with a drink so I added one to the order. I arrive to pick up the order and receive only my wifes drink. When I asked about my drink I was shown a receipt by the manager showing my wifes order at $9.79 and mine at $6.00 without my drink. Simple math puts the sub total at $15.79 my subtotal on the receipt is $18.88. I'm not a math prodigy but there is a difference $3.09 which is the exact price of my large drink. The manager refused to listen and stated that she has no control of the app.

albert pyke in hot springs arkanasa the restaurant is rude the wait time to even have your order taken is atleast 10 minutes then never have and chicken ready been there twice this week and was horrible

The chicken tastes like it was cooked in old burnt grease. I ordered Cajun rice and it was dry as ever it didn't have no juice to it no taste. My macaroni and cheese had clumps in it and it was burnt the only thing that was good was the biscuit..

The Albert Pike Popeyes frequently forgets to add your condiments. The food is good even without the dipping sauce thank goodness. But it's better with it.
