Ive been to this location 3 times and each time I never get what I ask for , always missing something and I have to turn around and go back. Not this time I just wont go to that location anymore.

I would like to acknowledge the Popeyes on Albert Pike for always being very kind when taking my order over the phone. They are very patient and answer throughly if I have questions about their family meals.
Today, as I do every time, I told the worker over the phone, I appreciate them for always communicating and being kind. The lady's who took my or name is Stephanie. She is the General Manager and she was glad to hear a positive review.

I usually like Popeyes chicken but today I ordered a 12 piece to take home in the box was eight Dried up Wings two drumsticks and two small breasts. If this is what you get nowadays for over $30 plus tax it’s just not worth it. I’m very disappointed in this store on Albert Pike. The one in Benton is about the same way. It seems like all the Popeyes are going downhill. Just a waste of money.

I rarely leave a bad review for places, but my first and only visit here was severely disappointing. I always look forward to great customer service, but the gentleman taking orders in the drive-through seems to have no interest in being there. he could force a smile, cameacross rude, and genuinely seems like he hated everything about being there. I'm not sure if that speaks volumes about him as an individual or more about the management there.

I have been going to this location since 2023 and I've never been treated so rudely as I have been tonight! I ordered a chicken thigh in the drive through and this young lady handed me a tiny chicken thigh in a box that looked more like a chicken wing with mostly skin and a little meat. This is the second time she did this to me.. so I thought I would walk in and ask for a bigger piece. The same lady came over with an attitude and asked 'How could she help me? I didn't want to deal with her attitude so I simply said 'my chicken was too small , and I would like a refund as I held up my receipt. Then she Ripped the receipt out of my hand really Fast and Forcefully as she walked away. That was Totally Rude and Disrespectful of Her!! What is her Problem! She has No business being in customer service with an Attitude Like That!!. Everyone else has been really good to me, and I never had any problems here which is why I was Shocked to be treated like this for no reason!

How is this location even open?? Absolutely terrible. I know in today’s world it’s hard to find “good help” but the entire staff needs to be replaced. I would die of starvation before I give this establishment another penny.
