The ice cream was really bad and did not taste like the flavors mentioned. Really disappointing. DO NOT GET ICE CREAM HERE!

All the ice cream has obviously been thawed and refrozen. Quality is terrible. The gelato taste like frozen ice flavored. Service isn't great. Would not recommend.

Why would you serve ice cream with your bare hands on the cones?? Is there no paper wrap or napkins for the cones? I literally had to beg the cashier to make me another one with glove on her other hand. We don't know where your hands been so you're serving us ice cream that we have to lick and eat but your bare hands on it. They gotta do better. $8 bucks for 2 small scoops of vegan ice cream and it was not full..Its my last time coming there.

Pour Some Sugar on Me Sweet Shoppe was an adventure to say the least. Was vacationing with my family and we hit every tourist spot in the area. Went into this location looking for some good sweets and some excellent customer service and received one of the two. The food was ok, but the service was not what I would call knock your socks off. The staff was attentive when you could locate someone. They seemed rather young and chatty so they tend to huddle together talking amongst themselves. After getting someone’s attention I was helped with my order. I’m sure they get tons of tourists and are busy but to completely ignore customers is not ok. Would give this place another chance to win my business. Enjoy!

Expired Inventory - Stale Sugar is more like it… This place is trash. It's clear they’re just riding on their location because the product quality is awful. If you decide to buy anything, expect to be eating their old, expired inventory. This place is nothing more than a tourist trap with no regard for quality or customer satisfaction.

The ice cream has been freezer burned for almost a year along with rude staff. The owner doesn’t seem to care whatsoever based on so many reviews. I’m not sure how this place is still open. There’s a lot more bakeries in town that don’t use boxed cake mix and icing from Sam’s.

We walked in at 7:59pm and a lady said y’all closed at 8 pm but the door and online says 10pm.

Just looking for a local business to support. Got there at closing, the girl could care less about customer service and more about going home. Very disappointed.

It's a cute little shop. I got some cinnamon and popcorn flavored jelly beans. But the cinnamon wasn't actually cinnamon. I was cherry or something fruity. Super disappointed. I didn't even eat them because I don't like cherry. The register wouldn't recognize mine or my husband's card so we had to go over to fat bottomed cupcake place. We got some cupcakes too but they never have any of the flavors I like in stock.

Read the reviews, don't go here, go a few blocks down to the other ice cream shop, it's way better.

Expensive, bad, freezerburnt ice cream, and they forgot our order of hot chocolate leaving us waiting for quite a while as they served other people.

Super cute ice cream and candy shop! The candy was fun flavors and I'm guessing tasty, because...candy. But, the ice cream was not creamy and was super icy with not much flavor...such a strange texture. And the scoops were so small, which in this case was kind of a blessing. I don't normally write negative reviews, but we drove downtown specifically for the ice cream and it was a bummer.
