Went for lunch... was first greeted and seated by the hostess. She was nice and cheerful. Then our server, Tasharae, came around. She was very nice, and very attentive. She made great suggestions and gave us plenty of time to order. She was never far away and we never wanted for anything. Then a supervisor, Scarlett, came by our table to check on us and she asked how our meal was. Our meal of Steak and Lobster was fantastic! AND it was a weekday special priced very right! Overall, Hot Springs, AR Red Lobster gets a 10 out of 10!! Very satisfied!!

Came here for dinner on 12-26-2025 with family I ordered the new shrimp and jambalaya with light seasoning I said that to our waitress specifically when my meal came out the rice was covered heavily in seasoning but I didn't want to complain because I'm trying to have a nice night with my family as I'm literally crying and blowing my nose because of the heat from my meal also now I have a sick family member who ordered filet mignon and not cooked correctly I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

Great people especially Tasharae and Scarlett told them it was moms bday when came in half way through lunch brought her bday card and all employees signed. Was super sweet! We love red lobster!!!

Considering it was Christmas Day, service was slow, salad & entree serve at same time, waiter was gracious but stretched with service. Regardless, we left a big tip considering him working on Christmas.

Our waitress Tracy was amazing!! She made our Christmas dinner at Red Lobster a great experience. She was upbeat and smiling even though she was having to work on Christmas Day!! Food was cooked to perfection as well!!
