I used to love Red Pier but after today I won’t be back. Almost all the staff has changed and the food was horrible. Bering Megan back, she was your best asset!!!

Went to try a new place to get some Cajun food. Well we ended up here and not impressed. Everything I wanted based on the menu online was only at the Little Rock store. I ended up with fried crawfish tails. They probably would have been good if they were fried right when they were harvested from China. Our server was nice but we felt she was trying to talk us out of eating there. Afterwards we wished we had taken her advice. Everything apparently is fried in the same pot because the crawfish tasted exactly like the onion rings and fried chicken strip and French fries. The only good thing was the water as it was from Hot Springs. If you want Cajun food in Hot spring go to Cajun broilers or drive to Shreveport. We put a big X on this place. Will never return.

We never get to eat out for fear of cross contamination because my 5 year old has been diagnosed with Alpha Gal Syndrome (the tick disease) because of this she has SEVERE food allergies—- but let me tell you our server SHANNON at Red Pier in Hot Springs went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate my baby and make sure everything was safe for her to eat. Even Making sure her staff used a fresh pot of water to boil her food in. Washed her hands, Brought her food out first and then even took her food to plate it so nothing splattered that would cross contaminate. Truly above and beyond!! We will definitely be eating here again and thank you so much Shannon!!!!

Nasty catfish. It was breaded in flour and mushy texture and it tasted dank. The waitress never even asked how it was. The fries were good. The slaw too was gross like something spit it up. Ugh! Save your money.

When we walked in it was dead.we ordered calamari and it was very rubbery and stringy. It had zero flavor and came out under cooked. We had to cut it with a knife to eat it. We ordered catfish and was uncertain if it was cooked fully or not, also did not taste good. The chicken strips were very rubbery and pink inside. The waitress never asked how our food was and never came to refill drinks. Had to walk up to the counter to pay and when confronting the manager she did not apologize for the food. She simply said oh they were doing well earlier. She took off $10 for food we did not eat. Still paid $40 for food. Again the staff were alright, but the food was terrible.

Nicely decorated. Definitely not Cajun!!!
Seafood is steamed not boiled. If not for the seafood sauce there would be no flavor. Very disappointed but I was born and raised in New Orleans so my Cajun tastebuds are finely tuned.

Parking: I don't think this place will be here long. So many other seafood restaurants that are better in the area. If this was REALLY Cajun I'd be there every week!

The Gator bites are the best! Food was served piping hot, and it's so good you almost done want to wait for it to cool. 😁

Bag of crustaceans was over done and they split the lobster in half to the tail making it the most over cooked. Quite dissapionting, everything stuck to the shell, crab and all. Great service though. Still a waste of 60$ for 1 person
