Customer service was excellent. We had a group of 15. They put tables together for us and asked if we wanted any specific pizza. We definitely felt welcomed and that our business was appreciated. The pizza buffet is the way to go here. All the pizzas had excellent taste and flavor. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Rod's used to be my favorite but this was awful. I went on my birthday and was served, without a doubt, a Red Baron pizza on the buffet. No flavor on the cheesebread. Husband took one bite of his Godfather pizza, it tasted off and we had to leave. People were pushing and shoving to get up there. One man hacking on the food. I just.....I was disgusted to be honest. $50 down the drain. What a shame.
We had the Godmother and the fried ravioli, and it was great! We are from out of state, so every time we come back to Hot Springs, we have to get this pizza!
