Rosario's Personal Chef & Caterer

Rosario and his family are lovely folks that make some seriously amazing food! Highly recommend them to cater your event!!

My son got married...at a barn...in Rosebud. We didn’t have a restaurant nearby, so we asked the wonderful Personal Chef Rosario Dispensa along with his equally wonderful and talented wife, Dessert Diva Deborah Dispensa to cater the rehearsal dinner. Boy, were we glad they did! My mouth is watering remembering the luscious five layer Lasagna, made with homemade sauce. The fresh salad with three wonderful homemade dressings and warm, crusty garlic bread were incredible! We’d had a great rehearsal and this wonderful dinner nourished our souls as well as our appetites! Did I mention dessert? I wish I had pictures! My husband requested plain cheesecake. Debbie did that and created a delicious fruit sauce if anyone wanted it. I am fancy. Debbie made another cheesecake, blueberry with homemade lemon curd. It was so delicious! They provided everything needed for the dinner so I could concentrate on my family! Rosario and Debbie do all sorts of catering from two people having a special dinner to a large crowd at a wedding, reunion...whatever you need! Please keep them in mind!

Rosario and his wife, Debbie, are the perfect example of a family business!! I contacted Rosario so that I could surprise my fiancé for his birthday. My plans didn't go exactly as planned but Debbie and Rosario rectified the situation. They created a romantic ambience for us. They are good people. We talked as if we had known each other for years. This past weekend was more than a business venture or service, it was an experience that we will cherish forever. I'm glad we, fiancé and I, were able to experience one of our "firsts" with such great people. ⁹
