Absolutely wonderful as always. Got the "Special Dinner". Wife got the seafood fajitas. Both were outstandingParking: Plenty of handicapped parking which is not super common in Hot Springs. Much appreciated

We usually have great food, service etc. Tonight for my birthday celebration, the chips were soggy and stale. We brought it to the attention of the manager who stated they would not make or get new chips. So, no chips, cheese dip or guacamole. Very disappointed with one of our favorite restaurants that we frequent at least once weekly. Bad experience all the way around.

Food was good. Service was okay. I ordered a veggie fajitas and found a shrimp in it, so I had to send it back. Was replaced with a new dish.

The restaurant was nice, roomy, and beautifully decorated. It was late. About 50 minutes before closing but the host staff was nice enough when we arrived, although they did rush us to the table, which was up a fairly long ramp. My sister and I are slow due to age and/or health issues, and the young woman left us way behind her. And I do mean way behind her. But where most of the trouble was experienced was with the waiter. First, his dimonor was put off (possibly by our late arrival), and we were rushed to make our dinner selections with the excuse that the kitchen was closing in 10 min, which was understandable. But more than 10 minutes later, they accepted a new party of at least 5 people and sat them right behind us. I guess the kitchen wasn't closed after all. The food was okay. It was not the best and not the worst, and was a little higher priced than my favorite restaurants like Cantina Cinco de Mayo and La Hacienda. The portion size was just right for the price, not abundant but not lacking either. Here is the problem. Our server was not friendly. He did his job well enough but acted like he had some kind of issue with us. I can only speculate what the reason may have been. But it was enough to make me and my sister feel uncomfortable while trying to enjoy our meal. I think we could have overlooked the situation if this was the only time it had happened. But this is not the first of even the second time we have had this same attitude from this same server. We didn't feel welcome and we have decided not to eat here again.

The food was wrong first and foremost. Nothing was made as requested. The waitress was inattentive, the service was slow and disorganized. The quality of the food was low. The chips-stale. Overall bad experience. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was needed….

Fun and festive restaurant. The frozen margaritas are so good! One of my favorite places to eat in Hot Springs. The Ranchero Jalisco is my go-to for dinner.

We went to go eat and the 2 guys just sat there looking at us speaking Spanish saying to tell us they are closed. The lights were on, doors were open still, it wasn't even 10pm yet. The guy in the black shirt Hispanic man made it clear he wasn't going to wait on us . So I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Not going back.

Used to be really good. No Mas. The food took FOREVER to get to us and when it finally came it was cold as ice. Sent it back and they ran it thru the oven. It helped....a little. Was very unorganized. So disappointing ?.

Food was good, wasn't crowded when we went and lots of servers, but service was slow and some of the food came out warm, not hot.
