🛑 FUNKY FLOOR & FEET FOOD 🛑 🍞 I've decided to permanently boycott this restaurant since I saw the cook drop food on the floor then put it back on a customers plate. 🍞

We absolutely love this place! We live 3 hours away and ours had closed. So, on this trip when we saw it, we knew we had to eat lunch there!!! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and quiet.

We sat and waited for 20 minutes before my wife went up to inquire about our order. We finally received the food at the 30-minute mark, but my wife's order was incorrect. When I went up to report the issue, they offered me a pastry as compensation. No thank you; if you can't provide the correct order and won't refund us, you shouldn't be in business. This place used to be a really good spot to eat, but it has definitely gone downhill. We won't be back

Came in here to get a quick breakfast and the lady at the counter was very off putting. She didn’t want to help us at all. The panini itself was pretty good, the coffee was a miss.

Early morning breakfast new years day. Counter serve wasn't very happy. However, she was cortious. Breakfast burrito was fresh. Nice ingredients portion.

Have come here often over the years when I get to town. Usually enjoy a chicken panini. Last few times there was half the chicken I’m used to, bare bread on bread in places, pickle that looks like it went through an MMA fight and lost. I notice on the sites pictures the food looked like what they used to serve, full portions. I wouldn’t mind the price increase last couple years but it’s hard to swallow (pun intended) when you get a skimpy sandwich. Gave it 3 tries over the summer to see if it was an anomaly,, nope, I’m out.

It was one of my favorite soup bowls ever!! I absolutely loved the sourdough bread bowl!! The sandwiches were fresh & tasty! I loved the atmosphere & my favorite was finishing off lunch with a cheesecake & an amazing cup of coffee!! I can’t wait to go back!

Bagels? No, they are buns with holes. It is really disappointing to put out close to twenty bucks to get home and find out that the “bagels” are not authentic.

The sandwiches are great, especially the veggie one, the soups were awesome and the gyro was really good. I recommend this place for picking up food for your hike/picnic or just dining in.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast afew days ago , I ordered the Greek omelette with sourdough toast, the omelette was toasted brown the veggies were lukewarm, had to look for the feta..the sourdough was not toast and cold the disappointment was they weren’t even busy at all! Then we sat down to eat thought we would take in the local and world news, CNN was on with rhetoric and opinions about stuff that happened over four years ago, so my husband asked if they could change the channel to current and local affairs,after all there are two very likely world wars and massive flooding disaster that hit North Carolina and Smoky National Park…not to mention a pivotal Election that will determine the fate of our Nation and the world as we know it. I think my husband may have asked to watch Fox News ,So I’m guessing the woman he spoke to was the manager,so what channel does she put on to be spiteful and hateful intolerant literal ,some rainbow unicorn poney cartoon,I guess she doesn’t need our business and we will never visit another San Francisco bread company, it was not a good experience and will make sure all our friends, family and our customers not to waste their time going there ! In all fairness have to say the lady who took my order was very polite but unfortunately the food was not good!

Visiting from out of state went to have breakfast. WARNING if you are a TRUMP or Republican supporter you are not welcome and they will let you know! It’s sad that they discriminate people that don’t have the same believes.

So we ordered 3 items disappointed in 3 items. The sandwich was tiny but did have good flavor the fruit salad that came with it should not have been served honeydew that was in it was harder then rock and cantaloupe was bland. The raspberry cheese cake tasted off I am sure it was the raspberry, and the salad was just almost all lettuce at least it was Romain but need more for the price
