When you come to Hot Springs make this destination your planned stop. And hopefully on the day you visit the owner will have made his OWN Delicacy "BAKLAVA CHEESECAKE." Be sure and ask your lovely server if he has some made. IT Is an Undescribable Journey for your tastebuds I can assure you.

Best greek food i’ve had since moving to arkansas - I split the Santorini Platter with my sister and we still had food to take home with us. Everything was absolutely delicious and so well seasoned. It was so nice to feel full off of the flavors themselves. Not to mention the tzatziki sauce was the yummiest i’ve EVER had. *They were also so nice and very accommodating to our Gluten-Free/Celiac needs <3 Going to stop by every time we’re in hot springs.
We enjoyed our first meal in Hot Springs at this Greek restaurant. The food was excellent, and our waitress, Brandye, was friendly and helpful. The gyro was really good, I'd come back just for that! The lemon chicken soup was perfect also.
Santorini’s has great food and fast friendly service! Santorini’s combo is a must. Get extra pita. My husband had the “Big Fat Greek” burger- it was huge!! I had the traditional gyro. Chef’s kiss! We will be coming back.
