I’m surprised that this place isn’t more popular compared to other food establishments in the area! Such a fantastic find in the most random part of town….but that’s how you KNOW it’s good. Lots of flavor in every bite, very reasonable price, friendly owners…everything you could possibly love about “hole in the wall” type food…just in a food truck!

Senshi Hibachi Express is absolutely amazing! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and welcoming every time. Everything is made quickly without sacrificing quality. If you’re craving hibachi done right, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
