Visited today to try a different place in town. Our waitress did not impress me at all. Was slow to come to our table. I ordered hamburger steaks special. When the waitress brought our food we had to ask for silverware, then napkins. The mashed potatoes were on spot, Mac & Cheese was Luke warm, hamburger steak was just a round hamburger Pattie. My husband got chicken strip dinner. He said it was good. Our bill was $29 for two meals, a water and a tea. I am not saying we want give them another try but if owners do t get the staff moving a little better, people want come back.

My friend Cori recommended we grab something here quick and good and licak. I had their chef salad and it was awesome should have taken a picture it looked like it should be in a cookbook. My friend had a Swiss burger w/o the bun and super yummy fries. Staff we sweet and helpful. Help this place keep going!

My wife and I came out today around 1030. I believe there was only two servers and they were busy. We sat for a long while before menus were even brought to us. One came back later to get our drink menu. I heard the couple at the next table complaining about how it never took this long to get their food. Their food finally came out and the gentleman wanted hot sauce. They did not bring him any for a while and we finally left since our order was never taken and another couple that came in as well just sat there. I'll give them another try sometime later but for now, I was not impressed. The prices look steep on their menu compared to other dine ins around the area. Great location and the establishment seemed cleaned.

I'm between 2.5 stars and 3. Most our food was good, I had chicken fried steak, it was hot and fresh and tender. Really enjoyed it. Someone else had the fish and hushpuppies. The hushpuppies were salty and not completely done. And flies were a big turn off. ? So if it wasn't for the flies I probably would return because isn't that saying something about your cleanliness. They also served rolled ice cream but I didn't try any. They have nice seating outside but no canopy to block sun.

The burger was insane. They don't skimp on meat, cheese, or flavor. I had the Dam Burger. If you can handle a 12oz burger, I highly recommend it. Great service. Good prices.

This is an awesome place to eat, everything is fresh and made as you order it, salad was so good and fresh ingredients. But the ice cream is out of this world. The staff are so nice and friendly. We will definitely be back more than once to this awesome home town place. Great place to pop in on the weekend and sit outside on the patio in the beautiful weather. Can't say enough good things.

Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good meal and were very friendly! The food was great and the service was great! Highly recommend if you’re in the Hot Springs area give them a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

Had lunch on the patio with a Philly cheese steak and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich! Lunch was awesome and the staff was great. Can’t wait to eat here again!
We live close by heard it on the radio. So we wanted to give it a try. We were very disappointed the server was rude. The food was not that great and for 6 people our bill came out to 96 dollars. The Texas Road house is cheaper and a lot better food. Sorry for the bad review. Hope y’all change for the better or don’t see y’all staying open for much longer.

Well we thought we would give this place a try. Fairly highly reviewed but recent posts it seems a little sketchy.Well our experience was pretty bad.Girlfriend ordered Catfish Platter. They were out of cole slaw, hush puppies and greens. I ordered the Patty Melt. It seems strange because 20 minutes after I ordered the waitress came out and asked if I wanted onions on my patty melt?Seemed like it took quite awhile to get our food even though we were the only ones there and when it came out they only brought my girlfriends food. They said the onion rings for my order were being prepared. She started to eat her catfish but when she cut into it the middle was raw. They waitress apologized and took it back to cook some more. Maybe 10 minutes later they brought it back. She dug into it again and it was somewhat better but in the thicker areas it was still raw. She just ate around it. Another 10 minutes or so went by and finally I received my food. It was fine. Even though 3 of the 5 things innthe catfish order were not available they did not reduce the price of the catfish and offered no substitutes. They did give us 20% off for all the trouble. The waitress was very nice, and very apologetic. All said and done we were there for almost exactly an hour and I didn’t get my food for 40 minutes. We were joking that maybe they only had a small air fryer and had to cook things one at a time…. Maybe it wasn’t a joke though.All said and done I hate to say it but I wouldn’t recommend the place. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if they actually had other customers. Being the only people in the place you would think we would have been easily taken care of. Maybe something was up there but we have no idea. All I know is the food wasn’t cooked right and my girlfriend and I pretty much ate 15 minutes apart. Hopefully they will improve.

I got a grilled chicken salad. It was fresh but only lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and chicken. Kind of bland. All of the sandwiches and burgers that were coming out looked amazing and enormous portions for those so I gave it 4 stars.

I love the Catfish got 3 big pieces it was crispy on outside and tasty on inside (not dry) the Greens were delicious and hush puppies were good too.. we also got the Big chicken Dinner the crispy breading was delicious and for a treat they have Rolled Ice Cream any flavor… very good would recommend to try***

Good menu, great service, home cooked food, prepared with skill and passion.As I looked over the menu I didn’t expect to be looking at items that are prepared fresh and home made from scratch. Like their greens, and the homemade tarter sauce that comes with their amazing, thick, crisp catfish. Don’t hesitate to come try this place. My dad ordered the 12oz dam burger and it was literally more than 12oz. It was so big, he couldn’t finish it. The meat was seasoned so well and juicy, the bread was perfectly complimenting the big heavy juicy burger patty. The waitress and her brother the chef were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the chef came to ask me if everything was alright and I was pleasantly surprised by that, I told the waitress that was very attentive that I loved the greens and I don’t even like greens. This place is great and I’ll be back.
