Donuts are great however this location doesn't participate in Shipley rewards even though the boxes encourage you to sign up. The one on Albert Pike does, will just continue using that one
There were 4 of us trying to order for 10. The clerk was really patient with us. Such a wide variety of goods made it tough to decide. Got home and it was all delicious.

We visited this place this past weekend. Kids told me what they wanted, they wanted donuts as well the bobba drinks. I started out with the bobba drinks, I got a sigh and looked at stare and the guy wouldn't even let me finished my order. Stood there with his hands on his hips, told the other girls what it was and she just gave me this look and also smiled/laughed. Waited ten minutes and still nothing. Why offer drinks if it's a problem for you to make it?
We stopped at 1130 for a spontaneous donut and they were still fresh!

A bit on the expensive side compared to their competition. They appear to be, on average, approximately $2 higher. The attention didn't seem very sociable or friendly, even. Having a bad day... maybe. I'll probably visit once more to form a more concise opinion.

Appeared to be approximately $2 higher than their competition that I visited personally. Which may explain why their always fully stocked with whatever you want when you go there. (Could be a sign that the people have spoken) TOO HIGH (For the quality) Not sure, but if so, I certainly agree with the people. I noticed the young lady upfront did not appear to be interested in engaging with the customer in a people-service friendly manner, either. Maybe she was having a bad day. I suppose everyone is entitled to have one...🤷🏽♂️

They have the best biscuits and sausage gravy that I’ve had in Hot Springs Arkansas. Their glazed donuts are so fresh and l just melt in your mouth. The prices aren’t too bad either.. you’ll love it! we used the drive-through with prompt service.
