Silks Bar is inside Oaklawn Casino. Jerry had the southwest flatbread. This was good. I had the quesadilla with chicken. I don't recommend it. It was like stewed chicken in a flour tortilla. The $4 wine was...face it folks, it's a $4 glass of wine. But the thing is, it's served in a plastic cup. 🤷‍♀️ considering we have cloth napkins. 🤷‍♀️
Waitress was quick and didn't bother us but once or twice.( I'm a big fan of being left alone once I'm eating!)?We both ordered the Philly cheese steak and fries. Sandwiches were fire?. Fries very medicore. Shoe string fries...?

The burger was excellent! Sweet potato waffle fries, delicious! We were looking for somewhere to watch the Iowa Hawkeye women’s Big 10 semifinal game. Silk’s was so accommodating. They said come in, they’d put the game on the tv at our table. Our waitress was the best! Also, the gentleman (originally from Jamaica) who I don’t recall his name, got the game turned on for us. Thank you for your hospitality!
