I ordered online so that my food would be ready when I got there. Long story short I waited 40 minutes for them to try to give me someone else's food, watched 3 people order after me and get their food, and then when they gave me "my" food it was the wrong order as well.I usually eat here a couple of times a month and more often than not they mess up my order. Not likely to return anytime soon after this past experience.

Been in hot springs for 3 years, never stopped here unfortunately...I thought no where here had good chicken, KFC has declined to the point of sadness.My wife suggested Skin Chicken and I was understandably nervous....omg, the chicken is tender !!! The chicken is spiced !!!!! The chicken is yummy !!!!!I have finally found a place in hot springs that has fabulous chicken, it's amazing.Oh and the staff are very friendly and on point, thank you to the cook and Belitha for a great experience

For somebody like me who is on a fixed income this is on the expensive side. For a single sandy.eal.incan get a dinner at a place like Olive garden or Applebee's.The service is slow consist just a sandwich being made and the drive thru is even slower. If you like high-end sandwich and slow service then this is the place for you.

It's 102 outside and 99 inside the store. Corporate needs to allow the mangers to lower the thermostat on days I'm literally sweating inside the building.

It was my first time trying Slim Chickens and was pleasantly surprised. Good food, good service, and a clean dining area. The only complaint might be that the chicken tenders were really small. The 5 piece tenders could form 2 regular sized ones from many other places.

I've gone to this location three times. On the 1st visit, the business wasn't busy; however, the order took 20-25 minutes to complete. The 2nd visit, was a drive thru order, when I arrived home, the order was incorrect...after a couple of months, I was at the VA hospital in Little Rock and a friend asked if I would like something from SC, shame on me for agreeing... After the long drive home, I was looking forward to the meal (see photos). I called the establishment and no one answered. So much for giving them the benefit of a doubt. The choice is yours to eat or order from anyone you wish; however; my recommendation is "Buyer Beware and Stay Away"! I wouldn't advise a homeless person to purchase food from them.
