We just left after stopping for ice cream with our youth group, and the people there were SO AMAZING. They were very sweet, patient with our wild kids, and wonderful at checking in to see if we needed anything.
We met a girl named Tiffany, a guy named Chris, and the GM whose name we didn’t get, but these people were all so wonderful. 10/10 experience ⭐️
When we have to return twice, to fix a serious mistake you folks made, and then we get the attitude of that costs extra, when it was what we ordered to begin with?! We know it costs, we were prepared to pay for it the 1ST time! Bye!!
8:37pm 5-19-17. Pulled in, pushed the red button. They canceled it. Tried 3 times. Then moved to another stall. Tried 3 times. They only answered the drive thru. Left Sonic because customer service here stinks!!!. I hope the manager / owner reads this. Because this is not the first time!!!

Sonic Drive-In serves good food at good prices. It is a really good place to eat, whether you were hungry, or want a snack, or want a sweet treat or a drink. It is always a great place to stop. Some orders may be bite-size. Mobile app orders are mostly accurate. A very nice girl made a strawberry shake which tasted amazing, just the right amount of strawberries.
