I ordered three crunchy chicken strips, one of them was honestly like one bite-size, is there any chance I could get a coupon for one free chicken strip? That's all. Have a blessed day

I typically order through the mobile app for pickup, and the majority of my orders are accurate. However, I have noticed a decline in customer service and the work ethic of the younger generation at many fast food establishments.
Sonic just been on a severe decline the food is just not good. I just buy drinks thats it

Under par for normal Sonic. Had a crispy chicken sandwich the center seemed slightly undercooked. My side was onion rings. No salt nor ketchup offered.

This store is a disgrace to the Sonic name. We ordered from the app and 20 minutes later we were still waiting for our food. When we had to go inside to ask for our food and saw our order sitting on the counter while other orders were going out to other customers. When we asked for the manager we got Erica who was extremely rude and hateful and accused us, regular customers, of always complaining. This store rarely gets an order right and no one seems to be concerned about it, especially the management. Never again! Stay away from this one!

a very nice girl who i kind of forgot the name of but i believe her name is Lillie, she was very very nice and she made me a strawberry shake which tasted amazing, just the right amount of strawberries, whenever she delivered my order she was very sweet and amazing ? #ilovelillie
