Ordered a large Frito pie about half an hour to maybe 40 minutes ago went to eat it as soon as I got home not even 10 minutes later, and promptly threw it in the trash! All I wanted was a Frito pie with onions. But the Fritos were all stale! Couldn't even chew them
I waited 15 minutes for an ice water. Just one. Never got it. Not a “we’re working on it,” not a “sorry for the wait”—nothing. I could’ve melted into the pavement faster than they could serve water.

Only giving four stars instead of five because I ordered hot fudge in my sonic brownie blast, paid the extra 30 cents and there was no hot fudge in it at all. Not really upset or anything, I get that mistakes happen, it's just happened twice now. The car-hop server Moriah was very nice and had a positive attitude for how busy it was, she had to run our card inside because the touch screen payment option was not working at all after several attempts. Food is always tasty!

Before I could even pay for my order, it was being delivered, and it was 100% correct. Great job. This was not just one experience here. We've been then 4 times in 2 months and it is consistently impressive. Best service from any Sonic we've eaten at from Nebraska to Tennessee.

Wish there was a way to give less stars. Waited over 15 minutes for ice cream and had to leave even though I already paid. The lady said she could refund my card but corporate policy says you can't get refunded if the order was sent to the kitchen. Total crap... slowest Sonic ever.
