The carhop Cheryl is always smiling and always in a good mood no matter how swamped she is in the morning. Sometimes she is the only one who is delivering the food. I give this 5 stars due to the wonderful carhops and the food is always hot and fresh. I Never have had a bad experience.
Dietary restrictions: They give you the calorie count on the menu and of their is sugar or zero sugar for the add in’s for the drinks.
Parking: I love the mobile app. It is very efficient. You order what you want and when you get there, you check in with your stall number and within five minutes you have your order depending what you order.

I believe this meal cost me 680 something, the waitress assumed I gave her $3 tip which was not my intention. And does this look like it has extra chili on it to you

If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would have chose that! I placed a mobile order for two breakfast sandwiches and mine was supposed to come with bacon, but came with sausage instead. I politely called and asked for it to be fixed. I was 15 minutes away which would have given them enough time to do that. Upon arrival I then had to wait for them to fix it. I waited for over 10 mins before I pushed the button again to see if they were done yet and was rudely cut off while talking for her to say “it’s not ready yet”. Customer service at this location is trash. Will never be going here again.

I’d give negative stars if I could. Every single time I go through this sonic I ask them AT LEAST twice to PRETTY PLEASE make sure the sauce I ask for is in the bag. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And as I just get home getting ready to eat and lo and behold THERE IS NONE. And this happened EVERY TIME. Like it doesn’t matter how nice you are about it. WHO EATS CHEESE STICKS WITHOUT MARINARA. Literally can’t stand you.
This "SONIC " is just like the one on Central Ave. These young people here are amazing. Their very polite, respectful, professional, efficient and hard working. I'm so grateful I don't ever need to go to McDonald's anymore. There's no longer a decent McDonald's in the entire Town of Hot Springs, Arkansas. All the McDonald's in this Town are worthless. The employees are very rude, ignorant and disrespectful. Thank God I can now have a great place to eat and I know the food is good and all the young people are very nice. So thank you Sonic both here on Albert Pike and on Central Ave. God bless you all. I would much rather eat at Sonic where I get good food plus respect, than eat at any McDonald's where I'm disrespected and the food is lousy.

When they brought out my drink, it wasn’t the size I ordered and when I explained that they asked me if I wanted it changed and she went in, put it in a larger tub and added ice and the drink was supposed to have easy ice and acted like I inconvenienced them because they messed up
