First why are the speakers so Loud. I asked her to turn down a little she did then went right back to excessively loud. Then she was in such a rush she didn't get the order correct. After waiting another 10 minutes the car after me got their order and I was rudely told she would check on my order since the order screen tells me my food has been delivered. Then I finally had enough and cancelled the order for a girl to tell me it was on the way. With no one coming out the door. I have been coming to this specific location everyday twice a day for months. Not anymore!!

Extremely expensive. Super slow. Bad attitude from everyone! Ordered a specialty shake that was supposed to come with a special straw and wasnt told they didn't even have them until they brought out the shakes. And I will add that the shakes were extremely disappointing. They had only half of the ingredients than the ones we got at a different sonic. Do better
